quiet huge for standard room. clean and simple. also there is a safety box at each room. great value for the prices. and they also have non-smoking and smoking rooms.
they dont provide cupboard and slippers

room was standard but without kettle for boiling nor fridge. Breakfast provided was bad. When requesting for half boiled eggs at 7am, they replied no more eggs. at least drinks have either coffee, tea, ice water and mango juice. Location is excellent with seafood and ferry terminal 5minutes walk away. they have hotel transport which cost 35k each ride.

Very clean and excellent Hotel for Foreigners to stay, Staff are very helpful and always go above and beyond to assist to make your Holiday more enjoyable experience, Breakast is always changing daily with lots of tropical fruits and hot dishes that were tasty

Good stay ! Very clean environment for a reasonable price. Love the breakfast! Delicious. Quite a variety compare to other. Which is good ! Would recommend here if you are looking for budget place stay ! Mostly important is bed that we all sleep in! Very comfortable. Atmosphere also smell good so don't worry. U won't regret it for a reasonable price.

Not central out off the way only handy to the ferry.No access to Uber or grab (off limits within Harbour Bay precinct) if you want to be closer to things then this is not the place.
Hotel no eggs or omelettes at breakfast.

Hotel location is near to Harbour Bay Pier, walking distance about 5 to 10 mins. As I check in the counter staffs and the security is very polite and helpful. When got into the rooms is clean and tidy. Surrounding there are eatery place and shopping mall with cinema. All are just walking distances very convenient. In future if I will go Batam I will definitely book Zest hotel and also recommend to my friends and relatives

Great location just 5mins walk to Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Room ok, simple & clean, bad on sound proofing can hear people walk & talk along corridor. Service ok, nice staff, they don't provide shower cap, only hand soap & toothbrush. Hair dryer you can request from room service.

Basic budget hotel, full house during our stay, breakfast a bit messy, seems like staff out of hands to handle the total qty of guests. Room itself not bad (for the price). 1 big minus point for me is the room sound proofing isnt good,can hear people walking around in the corridors, closing (banging) their doors,etc

Clean room and a walk away from habourbay terminal. Theres plenty of cabs around the area to get around.. friendly hotel staff 😊 Though the water pressure isn't constant and you will get a hot and cold shower.

I always love the budget smart hotel concept. It's cheap, clean and serves all the basic needs. You can see Singapore across the ocean in the morning, but too bad the view was clouded by the dumpster and construction works.

We stayed here for 3 nights , and it was honestly good place , quite clean and new , staff is also very helpful & courteous. Breakfast was also included with the hotel rate. It's better to call them directly and book your room. Very accessible from various malls.

Hotel is just minutes away from Harbour Bay Terminal. The room is clean but was very upset over the towel provided. It stinks badly. Smells like a smelly feet and breakfast is boring. There's toasted bread and jams, chicken porridge, fried bee hoon, scrambled egg, mixed vegetables n plain rice. They should have at least fry some fried rice instead of having just plain rice because there was not much choice to go with it except for the mixed veg and scrambled egg. Breakfast not appealing at all. Hoping they can work on the towels and better breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay because its a new hotel.
