Affordable price with good and attentive staff. Breakfast ok just need some improvement on fried rice, fried noodle and vege..

Nice place to stay with relatively expensive rate compared with the surrounding hotels. The receptionist other staffs was not so welcome and not friendly. They’re busy with themselves

The hotel is clean and facilities are good. Prices are reasonable. It is within walking distance to Nogoya Hill.

Hotel facilities is equavilent to a 3 star hotel with safe box, blow dryer, automated wash at toilet seat, flat screen tv but no refrigerator. Found small cockroaches crawling around toilet wall n dustbin area near tv stand throughout the stay. Hot water shower temp is unsteady as temp will rise or fall during bathing. Last day of stay was bad as room is filled with cigarette smell. As room has no window, i open door to check and found the whole corridor was filled with cigarette smell. So had to stuff towels underneath door to prevent smoke from entering room. My bad as i did not request for non smoking room while booking.

Probably the best budget hotel to stay in Batam . Great location and staff. Don't expect much from the breakfast though.

Good place, for a cheap hotel it's quite good. They have hot water for shower, heater water, bring instant noodle maybe? (Popmie), TV, AC, but they put an exhaust in front of AC 😔. So the Air Conditioner will not make the room cooling. Genius!
Not have map for traveler and not have recommendations for holiday places, not accessible for Uber, Grab or Gocar/Gojek to pick up (but OK for drop off only). Must walk to get commercial transport (Angkot). The staff smoke while clean my room! So my room smells like cigarette.

Aircon bad position and not cold at all. The lowest temp I can detect is about 26 deg celcius.

Very good location. There are a lot of local restaurants around, including vegetarian restaurant. The local market is only 2 blocks behind the hotel.
Nagoya Hill Mall is not too far, around 10-15 walks.
The hotel room is good but there are a scent of smoke, even though all the rooms are suppose to be non smoking room, just turn on the AC and exhaust inside the room. It won't smell that bad.
The receptionist is very kind to let me know when my packages were arrived.
I bought some things online and asked to be delivered to the hotel.
Breakfast is good but no variation. It is the same everyday. I won't complain about that since it is more than what I expected.
Definitely will stay there again when I am in Batam.response / report this review -

Booked this hotel from Agoda for S$29 a night. Smell of urine when entering the room, suspect the cleaner has cleaned the toilet with a dirty mop. Receptionist are able to converse in English. Wifi very slow. Good location with lots of local food near by and Nagoya Hill Mall is just within walking distance.

highly recommended for all travellers, both budget and non budget travellers. You get fantastic value for your money. The breakfast is simple fare but sufficient. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The two wetmarkets within 200m offer fresh seafood, fruits, vegetables and freshly made tempeh (soy-based product) and beancurds and a myriad of interesting local fare. Beware of pickpockets in the morning markets in Nagoya and Jodoh. They work in gangs. One of them will pretend to drop something at your feet to stall you while his gang members walking behind you will pick your pockets or bags.response / report this review -

I've been a Hana Hotel guest for numerous occasions. From the friendly and accommodating counter staff, to the availability of nearby amenities, Hana Hotel has always been my first choice whenever I visit Batam.
