عبارة عن مجمع سكني كل فلّه بسور وبوابة خاصة ، هناك فلل مكيفه وفلل بدون تكييف ، وهناك فلل تشطيب عصري (حديث) وفلل تشطيب تقليدي ، متوفرة فلل بأي عدد تريده من الغرف ، يوجد مسبح ومطبخ مؤثث في كل فله .

They allow neighbouring villa of their own to make loud noise and music till dawn. Facilities and services wise is great for family and friends who are looking for a comfortable weekend getaway. My neighbour was blasting loud disco music till 4am in the morning.
