Very nice hotel. Pools are amazing. Good location also. Be aware that you cannot go there by car as it is on a pedestrian road. Food is good. Staff is very friendly. On the downside, they charged us 52$ for a simple load of laundry that ruined 6 pieces of clothing that we had to throw away. Plumbing could also be better but overall we had a great time.

Rooms are okay.
Service is okay too
Basic Facilities like water is not provided along with broken doors, disfunctional locks and broken water coolers.
Food is good but served in less quantity.

We stayed her last year in the first villa on the left. It stunk so badly of damp and mold in the kitchen that we could not sit in there. There was mold all over the bathroom walls that could be scratched off with your fingernails and pictures drawn. Bedroom linen was VERY perfume strong that it gave us headaches and made us feel unwell.
I am not one to complain but feel I should make people aware. The gardens and grounds we stunning though.response / report this review -

The staff are lovely. The breakfast is great. The accomodation is clean but smells a bit damp. An all of the toilets are on plinths. Its in anice location with plenty around it and not too far from the centre. The grounds are stunning it has pools and a massage.place. Not had a massage yet but looking forward to it.
I just had a massage here and it was really good. No thai massage which was in the menu but the Balinese massage was really good. The lady asked a couple of times when i winced if she should be softer but i said no. It was not relaxing but a day later i feel good for it.response / report this review -

Would've given 5 stars but they forget to recheck the room that i need to call for toiletries and bed cover.
Also the breakfast is not buffet 😔

A little tricky to find but very nice that's it's tucked away. Stayed in a villa. Very beautiful. Two pools that are gorgeous and photogenic. Breakfasts were great, I recommend trying the Balinese breakfast option! Staff was all incredibly helpful and nice.

This is probably the best thing I did to myself in last fee months.
I feel so relaxed and nice. Food is good. Staff is exactly how they should be nice friendly helpful and genuinely wanting to work. I love it.1 the pool is clean and nice.

Really nice hotel, placed in a quite borough of Ubud. Surrounded by green and bucolic views, is the perfect solution if you want to avoid the caotic street of the city, or if you want to travel around Bali island. If you go there, let's try also the close Bubu Warung. A tipical indonesian good level home cuisine at a very affordable price.

Meh. Dinner was good, but took like 45 minutes. Dessert was awful, cake from a package. Not impressed, would not return. We ended up going somewhere else later that night.
