My six day detox was wonderful. Very professional staff keep the place running well, a pity management don't maintain areas the place as well as they should. It is the wonderful staff that keep Ubud Sari devotees coming back time and time again. The program is fantastic.

The staff is very friendly here. The accommodations are reasonable and the environment is relaxing. The location is very convenient in Ubud and down a very charming alleyway. It's also very close to the rice fields and lovely for a morning jaunt. It has a raw food and vegetarian cafe for people who like that sort of thing.
The spa services are not very luxurious and for a detox resort they don't use natural soaps, shampoos and lotions. Their massage staff is pretty below average for a resort. I was just looking for a normal massage and not someone just to rub all over me and they complained that what I wanted was a deep tissue massage. And their deep tissue massage isn't very deep tissue so adjust your expectations or if you like light massages you can consider coming here.
They have two nice swimming pools, but their towels are very dinghy so sort of ruins the atmosphere.
But the cost for the detox program is very reasonable so for value I give them three stars. Their colonic hydrotherapy is also very well done and straightforward. It's gentle and clean and also very affordable.response / report this review -

Beautiful , lovely staff ! great detox. I felt great after my stay. I feel they could educate a little more about the fasting process and nutrition , but that would be my only improvement. :)

Very basic rooms, lots of mosquito. One power point in a room. No where to sit inside room other than a bed. I am sure the spa treatments are great and the grounds are beautiful. But not very user friendly. We believe our room was attempted to be broken into.

I came here for Nyuh Sparkling Ritual which cost US$ 45 for 3.5 hour of body treatment which include a relaxing body massage with coconut oil, body scrub with fresh grated coconut, flower bath, fruit facial treatment, and ended with spa lunch with delicious coconut noodle salad and fresh coconut water. The lady who gave me a massage was 4 months pregnant, the massage was awful, it wasn't relaxing, it didn't relieve any muscle tensions or my back pain, I didn't feel any difference AT ALL. Basically the massage felt just like someone was touching you -_- Body scrub with fresh grated coconut didn't do anything as she only used tiny bit of coconut (with the price I paid, I expected more coconut of course!). The fruit facial treatment was pretty gross; they used papaya, carrot, and avocado to massage your face, it smelled awful during the massage :( Lunch was delicious tho! Finally, I didn't feel any difference at all. I think it was overpriced considering how shitty the massage was and the products that they used. Maybe try to mix fresh grated coconut with organic sugar, honey, and rice powder for body scrub? Rather than just using just coconut. Nyuh Sparkling Ritual treatment really needs to be reviewed more.
