The location of the hotel is quite strategic because it is close to the airport, Kuta beach and souvenirs selling place including local restaurant as well as international menu. The hotel itself is quite comfortable and clean. One thing that is unique here for me is the small pool in the middle of the hotel yard that contains some golden fish that we can feed when we have breakfast or lunch. In general this hotel is good enough to rest both for individuals and groups.

Near the Kuta area and within reach of the beach and waterfront restaurants. The hotel serve a good buffet breakfast. However parts of the hotel look a bit tired - the rooms, especially the bathrooms and public areas need an urgent upgrade.

Bali is all about their people . So good , so was are welcome in my first stop of Bali at IBIS. Greeted with so much warmth ,which very few country has. Rooms are good, with pool view. Like the pool more after the sunset as the lighting around it enchanting along with a attached small drink store, which comes on handy after short swims. Hotel is very affordable and the I would suggest to go for clean local massage available in the hotel itself. Breakfast needs to get a makeover to cater to the people world over ,but overall it was a great stay.

Room is std ibis. Wall very thin, you could hear your neighbour talking. But location is the best. Many restaurant just accross the road. Circle k just next door. Souvenir shop only 5 minutes away by car

Went there to visit my sister. She stayed there just for a night. Is hard to connect my phone to their wifi,it takes 1 hour but still doesn't connect. Two thumbs up for the front office staff. They help me even though i cant connect

Great hotel, although I find the 3 curtain layer way too excessive and can gather dust easily. Had problems with the view, the only window led to a green wall, which makes the window irrelevant. It should be an open view. At least the sun still comes through The breakfast was mediocre at best. The bathroom could have been cleaner - I see black stains at the towel and the towel didn't smell good. But nevertheless, the bed is nice and the workspace provided made a good atmosphere overall. Liked the place, but could've been better.

The airport pick-up driver asked to abort transfering me to the hotel because the hotel guest (me) had checked in while I am on the way to Ibis hotel. Registeration at the front desk was too long while the emai from the marketing manager wrote we are waited your visit with breath taking experience the day before my arrival. We wait 30 minutes before the room key handed to us. Terrible experience for Accord Hotel member with loyality card holder

Fairly pleasant with basic amenities. The bathroom didn't seem entirely clean. And although checking in I was carrying over 35kg of luggage on my back and front, no one offered to help me to my room.

Clean and well worth the price. Love it as there is great variety of food. Its a bit out of kuta central but good because you're also away from the hustle bustle.

The wifi barley works, the tap in the bathroom has two options either very low running water or very high which gets you wet and completely blasts the toothpaste off your toothbrush. The double beds are only queen sized. Breakfast variety is low. Other then that it's like any other budget hotel. I recommend people book at H Sovereign walking distance from Ibis. It's priced lower and has very big breakfast buffet, king size beds, big bathrooms.

Great service, clean room and good deal for the room's price. I got the most far room on the floor. My stay would have been perfect if there is no guy wandering in front of my room using his walkie-talkie :(

Clean, and perfect for short stay, pretty convenient for being close to shops and eateries. Service may be slow sometimes when there's only 1 receptionist during busy times at the small lobby/restaurant. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
