Great resort, just 2 hours from Singapore with laid back vibes and beautiful decoration. Very nice beach with clear water, which is good for snorkeling. There is a small spa with an affordable menu. The overall good impression is only tainted by somewhat slow service at the restaurant and mediocre food options. It's still a great option for a quick getaway and I would definitely return.

I like this place very much. It's tranquil and the accomodation is spaced out quite nicely. A 1.5 hour drive away from the Bintan Ferries, this is well worth the drive. Staff is friendly and this place has a spa too. The furniture is all white painted wood which adds to the rustic charm. The only downside is that there are plenty of mosquitoes, however the rooms are well equipped with repellant, coils and electric swatters. The beach is sandy, but the sand is a little rough.

Beautiful place in Bintan. The hotel consists of a huge area with bungalows scattered around. The bungalows are simple wood but are really nice. The pool is amazing. There is literally nothing around the hotel though! So make sure to bring everything you need. Food is tasty (mostly traditional indonesian) and plenty

At Trikora you connect to nature. The rooms are in bungalows spread in a property right at the beach. Rooms are big, bathroom with good shower. All facilities are well maintained, and you see staff cleaning and fixing stuff whenever necessary. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was very nice and effective. It was easy to communicate in english. The beach is beautiful, but more suitable for sports than swimming. A nice pool is available just by the beach.
Considering its remote location, i would expect a bit more variety from the kitchen. If you stay longer, you may have to repeat some dishes. The dishes are simple, and well prepared.
We highly recommend this resort to people looking for a tranquil place to spend excellent time.response / report this review -

Very beautiful place. Great for instagrams. Has a sea sport centre that is for the resort customers only. Helpful and friendly staff that went out of their way to help me. Only problem is that this place is so natural, there are a lot of houseflies during breakfast.

Great getaway. Unpretentious, delightful and relaxing. Nice little pool and good food. The rooms are simple but nicely furnished. I've seen some reviewers complain about the standard. They must have had their eyes shut on the hour long drive from the ferry. I'd not hesitate to come back.

Had a wonderful experience here! It's the kind of place you kick of off your shoes and walk around barefoot, fall asleep on deck chairs to the sound of waves, and even ask the chef to cook you off-menu Indonesian food you'd like to try (the chef will buy ingredients at the market the next day and prepare what you've asked for) (and yes, that's exactly what we did!).
Thanks to the lovely hospitality shown by the hotel staff, we discovered how amazing the beach and city areas (we hired a car, but ended up having a bit of an impromptu tour as our driver Ap was more than happy to show us Tanjung Pinang) in Bintan really were. Pantai Trikora memiliki karakteristik pantai yang mirip dengan pantai-pantai di Belitung yaitu terdapat kumpulan batuan granit yang mempercantik pemandangan. Pantai ini juga mempunyai garis yang panjang, pasir putih serta air yang jernih. Di sekitar pantai telah tersedia pula pondok-pondok dengan berbagai ukuran yang disewakan untuk wisatawan yang membutuhkan tempat berteduh.
