Nice and cosy settings for couples or families. Favorites are the movie themed interior deco. Kids (teens and younger) love it. In-house massage @ very reasonable rates for hotel guests. A pantry area for guests will be greatly appreciated.

The front office services was so bad, she just priority a guest from company cause the area near the shipyard and poor polite and different services for general guest especially if we booked by travel or online. Hopefully the management can review and trained the new receptionist and all the guest could be happy.

Awesome hotel with chic interior. Full of retro-themed decorations & furnishings. Rooms are adequate, especially loving the junior suite & junior room. Ample seating in restaurant & also parking space. Thumbs up for this hotel.

Not possible to get a few fried eggs in the morning for breakfast.
Only answer from waiters you get. Not available.
In the evening in the restaurant.
30 % of the menu is not available.
And what we order comes not in a normal manner.
Even three dishes were forgotten.

First time I fill the bath. The water was very dirty.

Prices of the rooms are reasonably

Further it's a new place to stay at Batam.
Fresh/Clean.

Staff should learn there language better.
Difficult to communicate in English.

Taxi service is a waste of time
After 45 min waiting. And call again.
That's the moment for the staff to arrange
It's terrible.

Fame Hotel Batam, very super duper awsome, breakfast at the cozy restaurant and fantastic menu, also at the dinner, Ikan Asam Pedas Melayu the taste is perfect, very delicious make my mouth watering, i want to stay again, i recomended to you all, to stay here.
