  The location is easy to be reached, friendly customer service and the atmosphere is really nice. Moreover, the staff are really helpful and willing to assist the walk-in customers.

  I was there for 2 night, at the 1st day we checked in, they didnt change the pillow and its covers very smelly, we also got dirty bed covers. Hot water not came out, the wastafel stucked so we had to used a key to make it work

  Kamar mandi tidak bersih, wastafel kuning dan semprotan air rusak. Sehingga dioperasikan secara manual pada keran di bawah closet wc duduk. Handuk sudah berwarna putih tua (kecoklatan), sempat ganti kamar karena kamar sebelumnya wastafel pecah sehingga ketika menyalakan keran air, bocor ke lantai. Dan keadaan kamar mandi sama kurang baik.. 😐 wastafel dan saluran mandi tidak lancar.. 😔 sudah 20 menit, air masih tergenang..😶
