It's tree star hotel, nice one in kaliurang. There's some minor problems in the room like a cupboard that can't be opened. Anyway, you can choose the room between 250-4000k rupiah based on the budget.

Pintu masuk Hotel agak tersembunyi, karena petunjuk nama agak tersamarkan. Ruang kamar agak old style. Tapi service memuaskan dan ramah. Parkir muat banyak di dalam area hotel.

A three star hotel at the heart of Yogyakarta. Unfortunately the room I stayed in is old and have plumbing issues. However, they might bot have the same problem in all rooms. Just make sure to check it with the reception.
