Recomended hotel at Yogyakarta. Good service. Big parking area. Connecting with Jogja City Mall. Have 2 big pool, first pool at ground floor, second pool at MZ floor. Live music at night.

A large hotel, international class in Yogyakarta. Located next to Jogja City Mall, it will give you 'shopping during stay' experience. The breakfast menu probably is not the best in my experience, but the taste is good enough and suits my taste.

Great hotel, very clean, very welcoming. The reseptionist i good, but not very great. I once booked for an interconnecting room but at the arrival they said it was unavailable. I argued with the receptionist for almost 30 minutes, but eventually i got the interconnecting room. The room was huge, clean, neat. In the room facilities quite good, but not as complete as other hotels with same price range. The elevator was unintegrated, so you might need more than 15 minutes waiting for an empty elevator.

good facility, breakfast is delicious and they offer varieties of food, room is big and spacious, moslems brothers and sisters won't find any difficulties to pray in the room since the kiblat direction is clearly shows, the staffs are also kind, it's a great place to stay, i've been staying in this hotel 4 times and never regret it

I cannot recommend staying at The Rich Jogjakarta. For the same price you can stay at a much better hotel with a better service. The lobby was warm and stuffy, the front desk officer was not very welcoming. The decor of this place is a mess. It wanted to be classical Javanese but the execution is bad. Avoid the breakfast buffet, and get a decent breakfast outside. Giving a 3 star is already so generous.

Untuk amenities dan servisnya sudah sangat ok. Menu breakfastnya beragam. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk tempat seminar, resepsi pernikahan dan beragam organize lainnya untuk kalangan menengah ke atas. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau, kalau ingin berbelanja ada JCM yg langsung bersebelahan. Kritik saya adalah jika penuh hotel tidak memiliki lahan parkir yang cukup, serta shower di kolam renang bawah airnya keluar sedikit. Secara keseluruhan hotel ini termasuk yang saya rekomendasikan dengan biaya akomodasi > 1 juta.

Great place with great amenities and services. Full facility with 2 pools, a gym room, large convention hall. Rooms is so neat and tidy. AC, internet, TV are working great. U get what u paid for. 👍

I stayed here for 5 nights during the Asian Youth Day. It is a perfect hotel with all the equipments available, very need and tidy. The staff are good, pleasant, friendly and very approachable.

The service is very nice and the staff is very polite. Only a few cannot speak English. The food is quite International, so Europeans and Americans should find something to eat. There is almost everything you need (2 pools, fitness, bar etc.) in the hotel and it is directly connected to the city mall. They also have a huge place for very big ceremonies, and a medium bog sky lounge oj the top of the smaller building. The view from the top is fantastic.

The room and the bed is big. Got 2 beds with king size. The breakfast's food are plenty. The hotel connected to the mall too. But it's kinda dim outside the room so it feels uncomfortable. Maybe because some of the light being turned off. The car parking is often full so we often need the hotel's valet to parking the car. But, so far so good. It's a great hotel.

The swimming pool is not really big, but it's enough to get some little exercise. They've gymnastic schedule with an instructor every morning

Bad in service and unprofessional staff. I don't recommend it for any kind of conference.
In the middle of our conference there was electricity problem and for 30minutes they just said that they would try to fix the problem. No genset. No emergency lamp, if we didn't ask for it. This hotel is good looking but not in service, maybe that's why that offer low price for the hospitality.

They gave me bath towel with quality of floor mat.

It was the worst towel I have ever used. !!

The lift was not properly stop. My kids get stumbled there.

The corridor was hot, no air conditioner.

The food was awful in taste. The service in breakfast was also awful.

I don't want to stay in this hotel for next trip.

I go there for swimming regularly. The best time is on Monday afternoon. The pool is cleaned up every Monday morning. So the pool is closed until 2 PM

the hotel itself located next to jogja city mall, with a direct access to the mall in ground floor. Stayed here for 3d2n at the 12th floor with several of my friends, and we were really disappointed since there was unpleasant stink coming from the bathroom drainage.

I haven't had the displeasure of actually staying here and I hope that day never comes. I did however try their restaurant in the lobby. The service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I sat at the bar and despite making eye contact with the barista I was totally ignored. Then I sat at one of the tables with some colleagues I was meeting and it was impossible to get any service. As for the lobby itself it's not air conditioned and becomes really humid and warm, especially when it rains.
