The rooms are amazing and absolutely recommendable.
The staff is kinda helpful but could work on their flexibility to make it an unforgettable stay.
E.g. I stayed 3 nights and (due to some reasons) I had breakfast only included for the third morning on which I had to leave early. Asked to switch to one of the other mornings. Not possible.

I like staying over here, if I will visit Yogya again once day. The Hotel staffs are friendly and humble. Although this hotel is an old one, but is affordable, if you wanna stay in a 4 stars hotel

This is an old hotel that got renovated later and change its name to New Saphir. Its location is really strategic, but there's always a traffic jam happen in front of this hotel at rush hours (6 am-8 am, 5 pm-8 pm). The room is spacious. Although it's a wheelchair friendly, but a different story may happens if you are parking your car in its basement. You need to climb up a dark and narrow stairs all the way to the 2nd floor! Tiring? Absolutely.

hotelnya bagus. makanannya lengkap dan enak terutama saat sarapan. tapi saya ke sini untuk pekerjaan, fasilitas MICEnya jelek, dukungan teknisi sangat lambat, untuk mematikan AC saja hampir setengah jam baru datang petugas yg bawa remote, itupun petugas restoran yg datang bukan teknisi. koneksi internet sangat buruk, hanya sekedar ada, tak bisa buat kerja. bagaimana merubah setting ruangan? saya sudah tunggu setengah jam, belum ada teknisi yg datang!

Hotel interior is adorable.. The room is cozy.. The pool is big and nice.. Meals are great.. It is located in the centre of jogja.. Near with international hospital and mall if u want to sight seeing or find someplace to hang out during your stay..

I was initially in a twin room that was nice, but not very well cleaned. I moved to a king room the next day which was entirely satisfactory. The room service was excellent in terms of taste and portion size. The staff were also excellent, very friendly and eager to help.

I have visited this hotel for test experience just couple hour, I didn't every single room. So I could not rate more anything. But location was superb, near airpot, bring local with javanese culture.

The 3 storeys hotel is next to lippo mall. The hotel is a bit old. The room is standard and the water is dirty because there is a lot of sand in it. The breakfast is buffet style and the taste is standard. The fried rice is very nice though.

Checked in just now, got a room facing the road which is very noisy due to traffic and construction outside. Got some marriage going on, hall is very smelly of food which made it uncomfortable going to/out of room. No bath tub, and can't change room. They said rooms are fully booked, online deals still have plenty of rooms from several different sites. One bad decision.
