just try The President Suite, you will feel like you own the world. So luxurius , clean, good and fast service.
The food are really variatif and delicious.
The hotel is located in a very strategist place, if you bring a car make sure you exit buah batu gate . Love the pool, they also have sauna and whirpool

One of my favorite hotels in Bandung!
Since my very first step to the hotel, the staffs are already there, ready to serve me with their smile. The check-in and check-out service is always so smooth and never takes a long time.
I love their room as well. Despite of its old age, but the room is always clean, and tidy, their bathroom is always in the cleanliest condition as well.
Their facility is also very good.
The only thing I think could be improved is the meals. For a regular visitor, I start to get bored of the menu and wish for a new menu. Maybe they can add some more menu so the regular visitor wouldn't get bored.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and well maintained. So does the food range in their breakfast buffet was over the moon. The only downsize is there aren't many disabled facilities while the hotel has lots of stairs, especially when coming from the parking lot to the lobby.

Suka banget krn Papandayan menyediakan slot dua mingguan di TP STAGE, buat Sunday Jazz. Lengkap dgn fasilitas sound system + alat musiknya.
Harga kopi sekitar 35rb/cup, + tax + service. Cuma ada espresso, cappucino, latte aja. Rasa standar aja sih.

I can't believe I'm giving a 5 rating for this hotel. But I need to tell the truth. The room was neat and clean, proper lighting. Breakfast was delicious. Well, it matches with the price you're paying for.

Old hotel but still classy and elegant, Lobby was very attractive with lounge and fine dinning which are located in that area. Restaurant wasn't large enough for all the guests seating especially during peak season, Pool was amazing nice with the pool bar beside the pool so we can enjoying light meals after swimming, meeting room and ballroom was quite spacious for business mice. They have tropical garden inside the hotel area and near of it there is a music room with f&B corner inside that place. Overall this hotel is one of the best hotel in bandung.

It's our first time staying at a 5-star hotel. I booked a room called "Room and Massage Spa" it includes The Classic room and massage service for 1 hour.

The room felt really comfy but the TV can't play media from USB Storage, only from SD Card. The bathtub fit for 2 person.

The massage wasn't so great because I don't feel that relaxed (There's a music player in the massage room but they don't play anything, so all I heard was creaked sound from the wood floor) and my body still felt sore afterward .

It's my first time taking a sauna, so I don't know how to do it right, and there's no instruction or sauna employees to tell me how, it would be great if at least there's an instruction in the sauna.

We ate dinner at one of their restaurant called Pago. We chose to ate here because there's an all-you-can-eat buffet option and we were deceived by a note in our room saying if we use mandiri debit card we'll get 50% off.

I have no complaint about the breakfast. It was great.

The staff were very nice on person. But on phone they don't sound that nice, except for Mr. Hadi. He always call guest by their name.

So overall the stay was great, but it could be greater.

Everything you ask by phone will be different when you check in. This hotel literally give me the opposite of all my request, starts from non smoking room, bed kind and everything. Ruin my already short holiday. Stay off this rip off

👍Near from TSM. Quite near from culinary area. Friendly. Nice garden and backyard pool.

👎Booked via Agoda then called to ensure the reservation special requests fulfilled and done but the real condition told at the moment we arrive at the hotel why not telling when we called? A better room for IDR1,2m should be available in Fave and such. Parking area distant from lobby and no shelter. Very cramped elevator. No free parking even for hotel room guest.

Live jazz and anti mainstream music each friday and sunday. Go visit this place to have nice live music. Occasionaly, monstrous underdogs appear and nice to chat. Go periodically to wait for those underdogs to perform

One of the old hotel in Bandung. Location is a bit far away from current top destinations, making it suitable for a getaway.

The ballroom is big as it should be, and if that's not enough for your big event, you can step outside and have the swimming pool right in front of the ballroom.

Parking is easy and even there's a dedicated small beautiful mosque at the back yard.

Came here for a wedding reception with my mom, she's on wheel chair and the hotel is not wheel chair friendly. She did a big route to reach the ballroom where the reception held. Food was delicious though. Room quite small.

We ordered pizza at pool side and still had 1 slice left when we left the place.
But during eating, the waiter taking our plates away after we're stop eating without asking whether we have done or not. One of my friend even still have half slice on her plate because she wanted to smoke first, and the plate was taken away with the half slice.
(Now you understand why there's 1 slice left).

And it took so long for the pizza to come out. Yeah perhaps they made it from scratch. The taste was good.
