The front facade if the hotel is beautiful. After that, things get more disappointing. The rooms have some style, but seem like they haven't been maintained for a while. They furniture and decorations are deteriorating and aren't very clean anymore either. They also arranged a day trip to bromo for us that was frankly quite disappointing. The guide didn't speak English and some of the places we were supposed to visit were skipped.

If you love the Adams Family then you'll love this hotel,well atleast the outside. Super friendly staff though they might wake you up early to ask of they can clean the room so don't forget the do not disturb sign!
