Nicely furnished rooms. Poor reception on most cable channels. Air conditioning wasn't working on the first night so got a switch of rooms for the second night, yet to know if the air conditioning is working for the other room. Location is surrounded by lots of cafes and walking distance to a lot of other shops.

i have been use this hotel services two times for workshop and meeting. the room is cozy enough and it's spacious, the shower also decent enough since you don't need wait for a long time to get a hot water. The food also good enough, it has wide variation to tasted. the thing that i (or rather 'we') want to complain is the meeting service. it is rather poor, we has booked a room for a period of time for the meeting, how come they accept a time extension requested by the one using the meeting room before us although our booked started at that hour?? because of that, we must start the meeting at the restaurant area for 2-3 hours, they give this solution because of our complaint, maybe if we don't complain we will be abandoned for about 2-3 hours until the meeting room is ready.

Kamarnya nyaman, ternyata area dalam hotelnya luas. Untuk tipe superior tidak ada kulkas nya,kecuali deluxe. Kemarin sewa kamar superior, tolietnya kurang bersih. Sarapannya cukup bervariatif, untuk rasa cukup enak.

The room is spacious. I love the balcony of my room and there is an access to it. Love the room's concept as well. The breakfast was vary, with good selection. The check-in process was fast.
Good toothbrush quality.
Shower working perfectly, with perfect water sprinkling. Hot water works good.
Clean bathroom. Love it!
Good lighting inside the room. Properly bright.
Good location. Numbers of restaurants and cafes around.
The Con(s):
The bed was hard. They didn't even use the topper. It cracking-sound all the time I switch position. So noisy and bothering during the night.
The power socket are limited. Some are not working.
They gave an old towel which was pretty thin.
Quite minimalist toiletries for the price I've paid foe the room.
No room slippers are available.
No fridge.
Only 2 cloth hangers are available in my room.. (WHAT?!!)
Only 1 elevator for 6 stories building in the back building.. Can't imagine the queue during the breakfast time..response / report this review -

Decent place.. pretty much difficult to book on holidays.. food was good.. booked a superior double, but ended up getting a twin bed due to unavailabilityservice was really good..

They've renovate the building and now it's bigger and better (with 2 lobbies). Beautiful interior design, very friendly staff. No beautiful view from the balcony, but the bedroom is comfy.

The best of this hotel is the location. It near some shopping outlet and famous culinary in downtown bogor. Others than the location are just ok.

It is located near some good culinary places, so it's nice.. Services and courtesy from staff are good.. As a budget hotel, shortcomings are to be expected.. Torn sheet, non functional in-room phone, very dirty carpet that will turn your feet black (yes, it's that dirty).

They say that it's the people that make a place. And that is 100% true of The Mirah. It's a nice hotel with nice rooms in a lovely part of Bogor with quite a few popular restaurants in the vicinity but what takes it to another level is the service. Of course we had problems. We were given a double instead of a twin; the bathroom door wouldn't lock; we experienced a power outage at 4 a.m. But every issue was promptly and cheerfully resolved to our satisfaction. One of the staff in particular, named Regen, impressed me more than anyone else. I will give you just one example: my travel companion can't do without his evening drink and one night, it was past 11 and all the restaurants serving alcohol were closed. We went down to the reception and Regen, after conferring with his colleague, said there was a place nearby that would still be open. And he very kindly walked with us to the place and then went back to the hotel. That's service for you!

The service is very poor. Waiting for almost 30 minutes to check in. No apologize from receptionist. No helping hand to bring your belonging and to show the room. It is very difficult to find parking space. No parking area, you must put you car on the street.

The Mirah hotel can be a good choice for traveller who seeks a good hotel with a reasonable price. The room is clean, the pool is not too big, the food is okay, the location is great. Many local restaurants and factory outlet stores near the hotel.

I love the meal and I love the room.
I stayed for 6 nights.
The bathroom, the bedroom, all smells nice and clean.
The staff loves to smile, the service was very very nice. They served tradutional culinary too, but I never use the swimming pool because it is located next to the resto and quite small.response / report this review -

The superior room, number 2005, where I stayed is small and dark. Dun take that room if they give it to you.
The breakfast is less variation, but the taste of opor ayam that I ate was great.
