A nice and clean hotel @ Sentul Bogor West Java. Mostly used for MICE . The breakfast is great and the staffs are helpful. Not suitable for those who wants spacious room.

Visit 14/04/2018 : Chic lively hotel, outside city. Quite new building, with small room typical of Harris style. Location is exactly behind SICC (Sentul International Convention Centre). Closest dining place are Bellanova Mall and Ah Pong food court.

Nice hotel for short escape, kids friendly swimming pool.
Staff are nice and friendly especially to Mr.Arizona.

Clean and comfortable, suitable for family with little kids. There are playgrounds, free bikes, kids pool, gym and swimming pool. Located accross the Sentul International Convention Center (SICC). This is a perfect place to stay if you don't want to late seeing a concert. The food was good and variative. The staffs are also nice, fast response to help.

The closest hotel with SICC and I love its view. We can see mountain and feel the fresh air, something that you couldn't get in Jakarta.

It's a good and cozy place to stay either for business man or family. Friendly staff, clean environment and strategic location are few of its point of attractions. The hotel offers free wifi in the room and around hotel. Meeting room also available here.

Many sport facilities will spoil you. A relatively big swimming pool for adult and children is one of the crowded point at weekend. Some rooms even have direct pool access. If you like cycling there is free bicycle rent to go around. You can find fitness center near the pool and the jazz lounge where live music performed.

For kids, there is a kid's club, a field for soccer and a playground for outdoor activities. It's suitable for family gathering event.

The meal taste is standard but credit point goes to breakfast menus which serve many food variations you can choose.

From this location you can visit other places around such as Jungle Land, Ah Poong, SICC, etc.

Not a really 4 stars hotel. The room is very basic. The breakfast is only one person, extra charge for another guess. Very far for amenities. Should be prepare if you want to stay there. The good thing is, the hotel is good for kids. And there are free bikes if you wanna go around.

The rooms are very nice, very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only down side we've discovered yet is that you are "forced" to order their food if you want to stay in and eat. You cannot have food delivered due to security reasons. Ultimately, I would stay here again no problem!

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Not so bad for kids because there's a kid's club with toys. The food is quite standard. The swimming pool can be crowded on long weekends because many families come to stay at the hotel.

Room is cozy, wifi was fast, two things that we might be complaining was the morning breakfast service . Plate still dirty, taste was awfull, I tried the ketan item the taste was acward. At night I also order food that very much expensive.

When we have breakfast.. the crew ask permission to clean the floor like ask us to leave.

Nice hotel to stay with family, near entertainment place in sentul. It has pool, kids club and playground.
Minus : AC in kids club not really cold, so the temperature quite hot even at 10 in the morning; toilet in changing room at pool not well maintain, I saw a poop there (yaiks).

Very good, they have a free buffet that comes in your hotel packet, a relatively big swimming pool, though it can get full and crowded. Close to a few good restaurants and a supermarket that sells lots of stuff, so you can get food from the supermarket. The rooms are good, they have a big bed and a smaller bed, a bedside table, a TV with a good selection of channels and a bathroom that has a shower, also comes with a wardrobe.

At first i didnt have any plan to stay overnight at sentul, but since my family play until late at ahpoong foodcourt nearby, i decided to stay at the closest hotel to ahpoong, harris, to give more time for my daughter to play. I'm glad to choose this hotel. The staff is super friendly. I stayed at low period (weekdays), so when i asked for mountain view double bed room, they easily gave us 5th floor room with great view! The swimming pool is clean and big! There's also an indoor children playground AND outdoor playground. If you stay here and bring your big family along you could even play soccer for free here. You could also rent a bike for free. They have plenty. My kids have a great fun here. With many place to visit at sentul like ah poong, gumati, jungleland, etc, this place could be a great place to stay. Just be wary when you plan to use online site to book here, especially when its a blackout / high season.

Comfortable bed and great view of the swimming pool & landscape of lush greenery! Great breakfast variety. The jazz lounge is a cool addition. Friendly & personable staff. Hip and upbeat colour theme (vibrant orange) although i would prefer warmer neutral colours for the room. If not for the colours i would give it 4 stars.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they have free bikes that are available everyday, you can ride the bikes outside the hotel too! And plus, they have a lovely swimming pool, a Kid's Club, and activities everyday.Some activities include pony riding and archery. Totally recommended place!

Good place for family holidays, I always come once a year since 2010. Smoking area is too close to swimming pool. Swimming pool waters are a bit too cold and on crowded times are dirty and gooey.

Most room AC units are old and need to be replaced. But they never do. Just keep cleaning it but it does nothing.

Food are bad. Don't take the breakfast package. You better eat out. There are several nice places to eat around the area (not walking distance).

Front desk check in reception is a tad unfriendly. Need to struggle and debate to get a good room.

Suka interior dan exterior hotel ini yg cerah ceria. Cozzy dan ramah. Ada swimming pool dan gym jg. Oh ya untuk yg ambil breakfast jg tdk ada akan menyesal dgn buffetnya. Menu western dan tradisional jg ada. Jamu jg ada lho :). Kamarnya jg ckup luas dan nyaman.

Di samping hotel tdk jauh ada minimarket jg.

Oh ya sepertinya hotel ini yg paling dekat lokasinya ke STEI TAZKIA. Oh ya mereka jg punya shuttle yg stand by ke daerah sekitaran per 30 menit skali kalau tdk salah. Mga makin bagus servicenya :) thanks

Nice and clean. Bang opposite sentul international convention center.
All rooms are NON SMOKING.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do here as it's a little far from city area. Not walkable distance. If u don't have a car then u r stuck as hell.
