We were unsure, based on some of the other reviews. Highly pleased.

Very attentive from start to finish. We customized what we got to our precise liking. The quarters are elegant and luxurious, the masseuses highly competent, the treatments innovative and refreshing.

We had to pay extra for a couples room, and overall it is not at all cheap. But worth it. Will be back.

Very luxurious spa and massage. Clean and their products are really good. I tried the ginger scrub and massage, and the result is wonderful. Really relaxing the stressed muscle and tone my skin. Must try one.

Most of the therapist working here are senior. So basically they really give you good massage. My favorite are Javanese massage and hair creambath. Their hair creambath service come with half-body and head massage which really relax your body and mind. If you become their member, you can get access to their swimming pool inside and get 30% disc for every treatment in 1 year. Recommended!

Worth value. There is sauna and relax&massage packages with a fair price. Not very modern place, but clean and accurate. And they have their own natural cosmetic for body and hair. Quite nice.

This was my first time experienced the spa here. Have read some of unsatisfied reviews before and i kinda worried will got the same experience. But it turns out, my session was wonderful and have a very relaxing moments. Glad they have improved their service.

Not a great experience, walked away pretty upset. Called in the morning to schedule a couples massage at 7, showed up at 6:40 and my massage started at 7:35 because they had to set up the room that I had booked in the morning. They had me out of the building, looking for a taxi by 8:50!! They hurried through the massage, and I got 1 hour and 10 minutes, when i paid for 2 hours!! They basically were trying to kick us out early because they wanted to close the building at 9. Part of my treatment was body scrub but I still have dead skin everywhere from my sunburn I was trying to treat. They say the last available time to schedule appointments is at 7 to close the building at 9, but if you do be ready to be ripped off and kicked out early!! We paid 1.2m for a massage worth less than 300k!

Really bad experience. Paid for 2 hours massage but only got an hour and half mins. Price is way higher than what you got. Went there before the appointment, and the front desk ask to pay the bill before our 2 hours massage and we did. Even we made appointment 4 hours ahead, we still waited for 20mins in the lobby so they can prepare the room. The room is clean but really old. The bed is really old fashion kind. The only good thing is the milk bath is really hot and silky, but why would I want to come here to get a bath. Waste of time to come here.
