Nice family massage. Has a big tub/jacuzzi and dry sauna. However, the sauna was not on when I got in while I was expecting a hell of hot air. Disappointing.

Booked in for 125min aromatherapy massage and hair spa but canceled 2nd treatment since I was so disappointed by the 1st. Actually wanted to leave mid-treatment for the first time ever. Was more tense, stiff and annoyed when I left than when I walked in.

Massage - masseuse spent more than 1hr pressing different points that by the time she started to use the oil, it was more like she was applying moisturizing oil to my skin by rubbing it in a few times rather than giving me an oil massage. Asked her to spend more time on my neck and shoulders yet she spent more time on my legs and face/head.
Temperature - the room was so cold that my fingers and toes were numb and I had goosebumps the entire time. Had to ask more than 2 times for another sheet (no blanket available). Repeatedly told masseuse that I was very cold and to keep the rest of my body that she wasn't massaging covered which she could not do. All she did was keep telling me that it was centralized air conditioning so couldn't be adjusted (never asked her to do that).
Ambience - thought this was the outlet's saving grace as the lighting, decor and music are very calming. This was also ruined by the loud voices of staff complaining to each other about the beds not being ready and who was supposed to have set them up.

Having been to both outlets in Pondok Indah and Kemang, I had been looking forward to a lovely morning of relaxation after a mentally and physically taxing business trip before flying in the afternoon.

Probably the worst spa experience I ever had. First of all the massage was not good, the therapist seemed to hate her job, she even stopped 5 minutes early but I didn't say anything as the massage was terrible and was glad it was over.
Then I went there because there is a jaccuzi and a sauna. Well LOL. Sauna was cold, 30 degrees celcius, they said it would be warm in 5 minutes, it didn't go even 1 degree up. Then the "jaccuzi" lol it's just a hot pool, the bubbles don't work. Also I like cold showers and the "cold water" wasn't really cold. Don't go there.

One of the best spas in the heart of Jakarta. Near to Sarinah so it's easy to be found. Relaxing spa and the even have Jacuzzi in the shower room.

I tried the body scrub with boreh which already includes massage. From thepment you step your feet into the reception area, everything is set up to keep you relaxed and tense-releasing. Cool rooms (cool as in temperature), soothing music, and great facilities. Since I have been travelling for work in the past few months, whole-body massage, especially the back massage, is heaven! I would recommend this place to friends :)

PS: jacuzzi and sauna are available in the changing room. Also, they'll provide ginger drink/ tea/ mineral water after massage treatment.

Paid 200,000 Rp for a 1hr full body massage. Felt really relax after the mssage. The ambience and the lightings of the place makes you feel comfortable. After the massage u have access to the shower faclities, the huge hot tub and the steam room. I felt this place is worth every cent that u paid for. Great value for money.
