I came here with my colleagues for a two days business trip. My first thought about this hotel is their 'artsy' atmosphere and decent interior. At that moment there are many wonderful paintings hanging around the lobby and as a paintings lover it feels good to feel homey from the first time there.

Beside that, I also feel grateful for their nice and helpful staff. I accidentally left my bags when checked out from the hotel, and after 2 days they still managed to keep them safely and send them back to me (without any charges). I really appreciate it and definitely will recommend this hotel to my big family and colleagues who will stay in Surabaya.

Keep up the good work Swiss-Belinn Manyar! :)

Great hotel and food considering Surabaya is actually not a big city! The location is pretty boring but the hotel itself is great. Clean and nice room. Cozy restaurant and setting and decent food at a reasonable price

Clean room.
The restaurant for breakfast at the same level with lobby.
While i asking to going up to my friends room they don’t event asking numbers of room and directly open the lift and press the floor without confirm first to the guest in room before i go up
Near food area, easy access to eat

This hotel is located in the middle of the well-known restaurant area in Surabaya!!!

Its like there are tons of restaurant around you and almost all of it taste delicious!!!

The hotel itself is clean and has good front office service filled with young and energetic employee, the room is spacious for such price and its near the Galaxy Mall as well

So i recommend this hotel for you guys who planned to stay in East Surabaya region

Stayed for 2 days in this hotel but have bad experience with the room. The toilet is so smelly and I dreamed of take a hot shower after a long flight and journey but cannot bcos the shower was broken and i asked the staff to change my room and unfortunately cannot bcos the hotel fully booked at that time so the staff offered me to change the room in the next days. After change the room another thing happened. The Air Conditioner not going well and very hot. But another good things is the breakfast food is so tasty.

Nice hotel with average breakfast. Spacy room, but the bathroom in my room could be missed when the cleaning service do the cleaning. Since there was quite a smelly urine smell at the first night. I have to shower it myself, but then the bathroom become wet. In the next day it id done by the cleaning service.

I stay at Swiss-Belinn Manyar Surabaya with my husband for vacation,, we enjoyed for stay and the staff are really helpfull and cheerfull,, i Also order nasi goreng gila and New menu Matador (martabak with mozarela),, the Price are cheaps and the taste are delicious and tasty,, my husband verry love to stay and Food Also Location near shopping mall so i can easly shopping and This hotel have shuttle of we wanita going to galaxy mall This hotel so recomended to stay

I stayed in the hotel for several nights. Here are the pros and cons:
+Attentive and friendly staff at the lobby. Check in process and extending was buttery smooth. Security guy even managed to retrieve my phone in the valet car.
+Good room. The room was tidy and the bed was comfy. I really prefer a good sleep time, so this is a huge plus to me. Plenty of power outlets for the younger and more techy generation.
+Good breakfast variety. There are plenty of variety. For the price I'm paying, it sounds like too good to be true! 😁👍The room service meal was pretty good as well!

-WiFi connection left a lot to be desired. The wifi in the room wasn't great at all, I had to rely on my mobile connection.
-The house keeping and laundry service were hard to reach through the phone. I've had to called the reception to ask them for services from the housekeeping.
-This is a nitpick, but I find the room was lacking the space for storing my clothes. But to be fair, I was carrying a huge load, so that could be my problem.
-Parking area is a bit too far from the hotel entrance. We had to resort to valet (which is pretty cheap) or dread the pretty long walk to the hotel.
-Its an old hotel with old interior. Some may find the furnishing to be drab due to the age of the hotel. I find it acceptable since I don't really mind the aesthetic.

Got a Deluxe bedroom with the city view, quite good but there weren't much options for the food. The bedroom is very comfortable with Wi-Fi and any other facilities. Good job Swiss Belinn, keep it up😃

Checked into quite spacious junior suite with small living room area. Nice contemporer interior. Clean and functional amenities. Sandwiched by many restaurants. Second time staying here since it's close distance to my branch office. Offers choice of wines with quite reasonable price.
