Pertama kali nyoba hotel ini di Manokwari. Dari sisi lokasi, hotel ini terletak di pusat kota sehingga aksesnya mudah dan di sebelah hotel juga ada swalayan jika membutuhkan keperluan harian.
Dari sisi kamar cukup bagus dan bersih. Menu sarapan (saya menginap saat puasa) untuk sahur kurang bervariasi. Yang cukup mengecewakan adalah pada hari kedua menginap, wifi hotel mati dan perbaikan berlangsung lama hingga saya check out.

Staffs are very friendly and can accommodate our needs! that's what I like about this hotel.
Room is nice..clean and new too.

I visited Manokwari for works many many times. This is the so called intenational standard hotel I found and my office cooperate with them in advance. I like the food, as I'm a culinary hunter for local food, I found in this hotel. BUT the quality of service is far behind some other swissbel. I asked for mineral water from my room at 7 am in the morning. Until middle of day about 12 pm I didn't get it. This happens quite often.

The staff are nice enough but they messed up our reservations repeatedly. They need to END all smoking indoors, as it makes the lobby and restaurant petty hard to enjoy

It is my favorite hotel to stay for business in Manokwari in terms of location, services and professional standards for a chained hotel. However, the room is old, rather dirty and smelly. People do smoke in the lobby. They also have smoking rooms available, and the non-smoking rooms are still smelled a bit. Last time I stayed there, the sink and the toilet seat in my room are old and have permanent stains. I still like the hotel because it is close to anywhere, although it is the oldest chained hotel in the city. The breakfast is good. If you are hungry or need to buy some personal items and snacks, Hadi store and KFC are adjacent to the hotel. Don't even think of swimming, the swimming pool is really small and not interesting.
