The location is very strategic, in the heart city of manado and near hotel is surrounded by restaurant and supermarket, so you will not worry about food and other daily needs here. The receptionist is quite friendly. The room facility is clean and comfortable, so was the bathroom. There is wifi facility but speed is average. The breakfast is average. At night, you can hear live music near the lobby. The parking facility is wide enough. Overall this hotel is reccomended to any guest who want comfortable and clean place to stay in the heart of the city

Good an clean hotel.
Strategic location. In the middle of Manado city, practically easy to go everywhere.
Buffet menu is fine.
Oreo cheesse cake at the Swiss Deli caffee is very recommended.

Nyaman dan tenang
Saya berulang-ulang ke sini namun semakin sering ke sini semakin kagum dengan perkembangan layanannya
Kamarnya sangat nyaman, tenang dan menenangkan.
Ruang-ruang rapatnya juga sangat bagus dan cukup banyak
Restaurant nya juga menyajikan makanan dan minuman yg banyak variasi pilihan
Area parkir yg terbatas memang cukup mengganggu, namun dengan adanya lahan di samping hotel cukup membantu

I've stayed here on three separate occasions, drawn back by the good breakfast spread, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Would continue to be my choice of stay whenever in Manado. The missing 5th star is due to the occasionally weak and unstable Wi-Fi signal. With that fixed, this would deserve a 5 star raring.

This place located in the heart of manado city. Many local restaurants around the hotel. Also there is supermarket across the hotel. The room is pleasant. The service is excellent. They also deliver the local newspaper to the room every morning

Good room and service. Though its located in town but is cozy. Singer at lobby is good..traditional music is serve at certain day. Breakfast is various but mostly the same everyday. Mix of internasional and local taste. Easy access to other parts of the city. 2 convenient store is located accross hotel. Many restaurant is close by. 2 seafood restaurant is close by, one next to hotel and another across the street.

1. My partner arrived one night before me and was given a smoking room (that had the ashtray taken out) when requested a non smoking room. Had to practically fight to get a real non smoking room.
2. My toilet had a faulty flush button
3. Car to the airport had been arranged the day before down to the time we wanted to leave. On that day, we had to wait almost 1 hour for the car to show up. Almost missed the flight!
4. Ordering food at the restaurant took 30 minutes for a lousy sandwich to arrive. And a local tuna dish (cakalang something) took over 45 minutes.

From the outside, when I first saw it, was a obvious that it was an old building. If I was wrong, well, it looked like an old building.

The front lobby door is ALWAYS open. The lobby was always hot. And of course the cold air conditioning air goes out the door. Everyone I asked told me that upper management told them to keep the door open at all times. They're being environmentally friendly I guess. By inviting mosquitos in.
