Have been staying here few times and I love how close it is from everywhere especially Braga street. Their services also good and they have a very comfortable bed that made my whole stay enjoyable. The pool isn't that big and clean but not too bad. Overall I'd love to comeback and stay at Ibis Styles Bandung

The bed is very comfort, interior room is cute, they also can give spare times for the guests like early check in or late check out (until 5pm), food is average, swimming pool is too small. They gave free welcoming dessert and free farewell drinks to their guests.

The rooms are clean and new, the design a bit stupid though as the bathrooms are like fish tanks so any noise you make will be heard through the the room. Breakfast is horrible for what you pay I ended up just eating toast (sari roti) and a croissant (horrible) then went for breakfast elsewhere. The location is great but I'd never step foot in any IBIS ever again.

Friendly service by young staff who seem to be new at their jobs and still learning. Hotel is in good location with easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants. The breakfast is good for a budget hotel. Some items on menu not available for dinner and very slow service.

Location is the best. U get the access to Braga without the usual heavy traffic.
Room was nice, the bathroom design was a little bit awkward if you're staying not with your spouse.
Breakfast variety ok, taste must be improved. Staff was nice and helpful.

I had a good experience with my two-day stay there. The room is clean and well-maintained. The pillows and sheets are decent, and the towels are good quality ones. My only problem is the air conditioning in my room didn’t work so well so it can get a bit hot at night. And the glass-wall of the toilet means that if you are travelling with colleagues or even family, the toilet situation can be a bit awkward. I’ve seen other guests taking turn waiting in the hallway. I would rate my experience at 3.5 stars.

My second stay in this hotel and both were nice. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and neat even though some furnitures have shown their age. On both stays my room was facing south and the view during sunset was awesome. Breakfast was adequate though quite limited choice but overall acceptable.

AIR CONDITIONING IS PRE-SET AND LOCKED!

Nice budget hotel in nice area. However, it was a big disappointment for me to have found out that I did not have to settle for the warm room. The AC is set by the hotel so that guest are not able to choose colder temperature. Last time I stayed here, it was locked at 20°C. Despite this setting the thermostat was reading that room temperature was 24°C. It would be fine with me if the room was actually cold, but it was indeed warm. A call to the receptionist sent an engineer to my room who then adjusted the temperature control to set it at 18°C where this was previously impossible to select on the controller.

When most hotels wish to keep their guests comfortable. Ibis assumes that all guests would enjoy a pre-set room temperature and chooses not to give you the option unless you call and complain about your hot room. This in my opinion is a poor and dishonest practice by the management.

We (and several other guests) arrived at 3 p.m, rooms were not ready. We've waited until 4 p.m to get into our room. Only the receptionist apologized with a fake smile (but only after we questioned her). The reason was that the hotel fully booked the day before, so the cleaning staff had lots of room to do. That's not guest's problems!!
If only the GM herself apologized, and for example showed a sincere gesture.
We couldn't access the wifi with the given user and password.
Will not come to this hotel again.

Reading a review writen 9 months ago having the same problem. Well, I guess no improvement had been made.

    The worst accors hotel!

Design minimalis berhasil bikin suasana sangat nyaman.. berestetika, bersih, rapih hingga teramat nyaman.. kamar termasuk lumayan besar.. view sangat bagus ke arah hotel Savoy Homan.

Nice hotel on a heritage site. Right in front of Gedung Merdeka where the Asian African Conference once held. Walk toward Braga street to find more restaurants and shops. Starbucks just opened nearby. They also have a small swimming pool on 16th floor, open only on weekend.

I had enjoyed my time here. This hotel is simply clean, much quiet, and especially this hotel had an easy access to another place.
It would be a perfect if the room is more larger and the bathroom had been redesigned for more comfort. About food, I had no complaint, they're deserve a good food, but had less menu's variety.

This hotel is great. Located in heart of Bandung city with reasonable price. The rooms are clean and nice but they have to compromise with room size to provide good price. The foods taste good even not so many options of food.

No fitness centre and spa. This is a good place for you to stay in the heart of Bandung city with low price and good quality of service.

Overall the facility is ok and the location is best for night life lovers since it's located near Braga City Walk, in front of AA conference museum, and a 10-minute walk to Alun-Alun. I would like to put 4-star or even 5. However the very first experience was bad. Official check-in time is 2 pm but when we arrived at 3:30 pm the booked room is not ready yet. We were asked to wait for another 30 minutes for the cleaning service to prepare the room. When we finally got into our rooms, the beds seem to have been made up in a rush. Very disappointing! Rating 2-star is somewhat generous.

I was welcomed with a terrible smell in the lobby. It smell like a wet carpet. But the front offices are friendly and check in process was quick. I have a non smoking room as I request in 11th floor. It was tiny but it's nice designed. The bathroom was okay. I score this hotel with 7 of 10.

Great hotel with architectural heritage conservation in mind. Keeping the old facade of hotel Braga. Completed with edgy-modern interior of Ibis Style plus located near from Alun-alun and Asia-Africa Conference museum make this hotel a worthy choice

Pros: location, ambience, breakfast and dinner menu, hospitality
    Cons: parking policy.
    IMHOits ridiculous!
The front parking lot is closed, we have to park in the building behind the hotel. But the access from parking building to the hotel is CLOSED (due to safety reasons?)
So we have to drag out baggage or carry our children from 2nd floor (and above) to the lobby access in order to access the elevator to our room
And on our last stay it was heavy raining. It so uncomfortable to walk to parking building when its raining outside. I think it easier if we can enter our vehicle from elevator directly

    Dear Ibis Braga,

We had a good experience during our stay in a Ibis Styles Braga and we decided to extend our stay up to 2 nights and my children are very happy staying in the hotel.

One thing that need to be considered is a bathroom conditions. The use of glass for the bathrooms was not quite appropriate for a family room. I got my 9 yrs old daughter and she criticized that the bathroom was transparent (even have a blur sticker), don't have any lock mechanism and the gap between the bathroom door was quite larger and can see through if somebody in the shower.

Other than the bathroom, we experienced a good stay and we thank you for that.

Ibis Style Braga is located in Braga Street, you know the famous one street from Bandung. The location is very close to some historical places in Bandung such as Savoy Homann Hotel, Gedung Merdeka, Alun-alun Kota Bandung, Masjid Raya Bandung, and lots of the old building from colonial era. You can walk for 1 minute to Gedung Merdeka and Savoy Homann Hotel, or maybe about 2-3 minutes distance walk from Alun-alun and Masjid Raya.

The hotel itself takes building which built from maybe around colonial era, when Netherland still take control.

Well, let's move to the hotel itself. The staffs are very friendly. They informed us that Braga Street is going to close at 6PM because there's a car free night on the street and told us to ask the security to lead us to the hotel if we arrived after 6PM. I booked the family room and it is so big, it contains 3 bed, 1 queen size and 2 are single size. The air conditioner works good and the bathroom is so spacious too. The beds are very comfortable for us. We stayed for 2 nights and we are very satisfied. The breakfast is enough for us, they deserved standard menus such as omellete, cereals, drinks, sausages, potatoes and breads and many more.

When night comes, you can walked around, outside the hotel to find and eat some street foods. The street foods are tasted so good and recommended if you are lazy to drive in Bandung's traffic jam.
