Nyaman dan tenang
Saya berulang-ulang ke sini namun semakin sering ke sini semakin kagum dengan perkembangan layanannya
Kamarnya sangat nyaman, tenang dan menenangkan.
Ruang-ruang rapatnya juga sangat bagus dan cukup banyak
Restaurant nya juga menyajikan makanan dan minuman yg banyak variasi pilihan
Area parkir yg terbatas memang cukup mengganggu, namun dengan adanya lahan di samping hotel cukup membantu

Great hotel in the center of Manado, just about 10 minutes by walk to the alun-alun where we can find a lot of restaurant serves deep sea fish as the specialty for Sulawesi island.
Mini market open for 24hours on the opposite of the hotel.

There were to many guests smoking on the lounge.
And I have been on many different hotels but beer prices on this hotel was too expensive - 70.000+ Rph for small can - and their service bad.
I will not recommend this place.

Affordable hotel, close to everything: airport, meeting places. Amenities all provided. Friendly staff. They book the blue taxis for you incase you don't want the limousines.

1. My partner arrived one night before me and was given a smoking room (that had the ashtray taken out) when requested a non smoking room. Had to practically fight to get a real non smoking room.
2. My toilet had a faulty flush button
3. Car to the airport had been arranged the day before down to the time we wanted to leave. On that day, we had to wait almost 1 hour for the car to show up. Almost missed the flight!
4. Ordering food at the restaurant took 30 minutes for a lousy sandwich to arrive. And a local tuna dish (cakalang something) took over 45 minutes.

From the outside, when I first saw it, was a obvious that it was an old building. If I was wrong, well, it looked like an old building.

The front lobby door is ALWAYS open. The lobby was always hot. And of course the cold air conditioning air goes out the door. Everyone I asked told me that upper management told them to keep the door open at all times. They're being environmentally friendly I guess. By inviting mosquitos in.
