It's getting worse.
The pool is moss green colored and we can't see what is actually inside.
The shower rooms are dirty and slippery.
There are too many lockers that can't be used. So most of the time the lockers are "full" even though there are not many people.
These locker's problem is serious because the maintanance guy keep barged in to the ladies dressing room without telling us before hand because someone couldn't open her locker. So the ladies's locker room is not free from guys. I'm wearing hijab so several times guys keep coming back and forth to the ladies's room where I didn't wear any. Even if I don't, those maintanance guys need to ask permission first. It's a ladies's dressing room for god sake!!!!
I filed a complaint and the girl infront just say that it needs to be a guy because everytime they need to forced open the key. Wait. So it can be forced open? Sohaving a locker doesn't really safe for our belongings. How about a sorry first?
Not going to renew my membership. There are a lot of gyms that are a bit expensive with way better services and equipment.response / report this review -

They offer all in one facilities in one place : gym, swimming pool, sauna. Gym also have classes: yoga, body step, combat, etc. Cheap membership fee if join 3 months and more.

they always don't have towel every morning and their staff never learn to say sorry when they can't provide the towel for us. they have super horrible and very loud music in the gym. They never pick up the phone as well. Bad service! After i finish my membership, i'll be sure not to extend.

Clean, well-maintained gym equipments. Nice jacuzzi and sauna room. Best visit around 6 till 9 am to avoid any crowds.
