Great gym. Equipment is new, air conditioning is good, reasonable prices, good pool and outdoor area, not crowded.

Literally the best gym I have ever seen! This gym features multiple treadmills, several elliptical trainers and bikes.
This gym has all the equipment you could need, with free weights going above 40kg. All in an air-conditioned room. You can even enjoy some crossfit type training beside the outdoor pool that’s super relaxing to swim in after a work out. In addition to this all they have a separate room for group classes and where you could do some bodyweight exercises.
After the workout you can enjoy a nice protein shake for 30k rupiah, and enjoy a salmon burger for the same price too! Water is free and you don’t need to bring your own towels since they provide them for free.
The dressing room is nicely equipped with lockers, hairdryer and multiple showers.
If you happen to forget some clothes, don’t worry! They sell all the clothing you could need.
You can get all of this for the price of 100k rupiah per time, or a monthly membership for 600k. I would suggest you should go between 12:00 and 16:00, since they have happy hour and a single time ticket is only 40k rupiah.response / report this review -

This is a great gym!
Was super easy to get in and push some weights around.
100,000rp for day OR sign in during happy hour 12-4pm for 40,000
- no annoying membership seller, just heres ur towel and ur key, and leave whenever your done.
Friendly staff, all pretty dam swole so thats a good sign they know what they are doing.
2 squat racks!!! Thats pretty dam good in my books. Racks are quite hard to find here and in java, they just scare the locals away.
Decent amount of 20kgs plates (and few 25s), that you’ll probably have to take from the leg press.
A big box of rack accessories, wrist straps, belts, 2 kinds of deadlift straps.
Lots of new equipment - mostly Hoist which make great stuff out of California
pool, calisthenics bar playground.
Overall, great gym with a good vibe. Good amount of locals and foreigners alike.response / report this review -

Great new gym, fantastic staff, top of the line equipment and membership is very well priced and flexible. They have daily, weekly, monthly and yearly memberships, perfect for tourists and locals.

Brand new spot in brand new building with brand new machines and hardware. No nasty old gym smell! Serious trainers and fellow gym rats, but everyone super friendly. Even the owner Louis (and his friends!) are totally accessible, working out right next to you. More like a family than a business. This place is so awesome I've decided to extend my lease and stay in the neighborhood. Construction is wrapping up and they're about a month away from opening a swimming pool and classes.
