  tidak sesuai SOP. kata sales dealer nya, SOP untuk survey kredit mobil,
  surveyor dari OTO harus menjelaskan secara detail masalah asuransi mobil nya, namun yang terjadi pada saya, surveyor nya tidak membahas masalah asuransi sama sekali, Sales dari dealer nya bilang kalau asuransi nya combine 4 tahun. namun dari oto sendiri tidak menjelaskan, tiba2 setelah DP saya lunas, OTO bilang kalo asuransi nya tidak combine, sudah terlanjur approve dan surveyor oto nya minta maaf kalau lupa menjelaskan tentang asuransi nya.
  kata sales dealer nya itu tidak sesuai SOP.
