  I just swab the antigen at the Jogja hilab, in the advertisement the results are written in 1 hour so, in fact, after 1 and a half hours from after I was swab the results have not been finished, told to wait 3 to 4 hours
  
  Please evaluate again, if you are unable to finish the work for 1 hour, do not finish the advertisement for 1 hour the name is misleading, sorry for the people who might be in a hurry
  
  Hopefully the hilab management can fix this

  Waiting place is clean and comfortable, officers at front office are friendly, blood sampling procedure is fast and does not hurt using small needles.
  The estimated time given is appropriate.
  Prices are indeed more expensive than other labs.

  They just let the machine check the blood, cannot check differential leukocyte of animal. Technician unable to read the blood smear, unprofessional, they should be honest to client that some animals cannot be read. Did you guys receive professional training ?
