Relatively new and small airport. but becuase its new, so the facility is still in good condition. clean and green area, waiting room and toilets are clean, some local stuff shopping hall are available. and VIP room also available here.
really love this airport. because this is my hometown airport. 😁😁😁

Relatively small size airport for a capital province. However, the waiting room is comfortable, cool, not too crowded, and clean.

Its a relatively small regional airport and newly renovated. The facilities are very good, the toilets are clean, many shops, restaurants and cafes are available. Taxis and car rentals available at the lobby. Although the main access from the city to the airport is too narrow for two ways traffic but its not to far away and the traffic is light. Overall the airport gives very good impression for traveller visit jambi.

Relatively small airport since this is not a hub. Quiet clean and tidy.. public transport from / to this airport still limited and online transport (recently) still prohibited to pick up passenger here. Free wifi area (recently) still not available.

Toilet cleanliness are good. Hope it will be maintained constantly as the time flies. Wifi superb fast and easy to connect even need to pass some ads.
Need improvement in the following :

1. Access road to airport (enlarge the scale)
2. International route (Uk maybe)
3. PLAYGROUND area

Although smaller as an airport, however cute, stylist and clean. Need to organize transportation/shuttle to/from Jambi City like *DAMRI*. There are many unofficial taxi who make uncomfortable.

Only 2 gates at the airport and just domestic flights. But it's new and stylish airport. I like it. I wish it will be an international terminal soon. So we can fly abroad worldwide through Jambi without any transit. (20170301)

Bandara udah lebih bagus dan nyaman karena sudah direnovasi. Keamanan bandara juga terjamin dibandingkan dengan dulu yang sembarang orang boleh masuk sekarang hanya orang yang mempunyai kepentingan berangkat baru bisa masuk dan bagi penumpang yang turun dari bandara juga tidak bisa dijemput langsung di ruang penambilan bagasi. Kalau dulu jika ada penumpang yang sampai di bandara sudah dapat dijemput oleh orang / keluarga di ruang pengambilan bagasi karena kurangnya pengamanan. Sekarang ruang tunggu juga sudah disediakan toilet yang bersih, internet, air minum gratis, alfamart, restoran , tempat belanja oleh - oleh dan ruang tunggu yang nyaman dan bersih. Jangan ragu untuk berkunjung ke jambi. Bandaranya oke banget.

Small airport but very clean and modern. It was recently renovated. There are some stores that sell traditional local goods and foods, eg. Pempek and Batik.
