Yah so so lah, nice view, clean room, but Im little dispointed with the receptionist (he wont give me duplicate key) whereas Im with my 2 friends in the 1 room. Its make me difficult to do our each activity outside

Nice hotel in strategic location with backyard a beach. Many sofa avaliable in lobby an some corner. Beautiful open space with green setting. Main road in front and beach in backyard.

Slow response and no proper f/u for the complaint. Price way to high for the quality of service. Food variety not much, TV channel are less, almost none for kids. Even though the sea side view are great.

Has a great breakfast and direct access to beach. The beach is dirty though so don't dip in and when you do, ask the hotel staffs first because there are gators. Better stick with the infinity pool. The foot massages at the spa is good with standard pricing (Rp125k). The room is comfortable and has a windowed bathroom.

Only once stay here. The room is actually nice. Nice view. Good breakfast, food and beverages. Too bad the AC in my room is not cool and no follow up from hotel even after I report it.

The hotel is brand new, beautiful, with very pleasant ambiance. It has modern interior and exterior design, but still keeps the local arts and characters. The swimming pool is clean and nice. Comfortable rooms, great food and excellent staff services.

I'd give this place 2 stars if it weren't for the nice room, good food, great view, and easy access to the beach. First, the the bathroom had a funny odour that just wouldn't go away. Then there's the staff who are very friendly, but not very fast. I asked for a banner to be taken down and delivered to my room in the afternoon. By night it still hadn't been delivered. So i called the reception again and found out it had been misplaced. At 11pm (!) they called to notify that the banner had been found. Also, it took a full hour just to check out because we had to wait for the accounting staff to arrive and sign our invoice. Would not come here again unless they improve service.
