The Hotel Neo Eltari was a great place to overnight in Kupang as it is less than 10 minutes from the airport with a free pickup. It is nice and new, we had a spacious room that was spotlessly clean with good wifi. The Buffett breakfast had western and local food and there was a good size swimming pool. The friendly staff where very helpful we arrived early as our flight was changed by Lion Air and they quickly cleaned our room and made it available to us. There is a local seafood place walking distance from the hotel about 200m that served good cheap food. Transport into town is avialable at the hotel for a reasonable price of 50000 IDR

Generally is good but the locations are far from everywhere like shops, cafe or restaurants. wifi is sometimes slow in room. it is faster connection in lobby. Intercom was not working. Others are all good.

Nice hotel with beautiful view. Decent swimming pool. Slightly far from the center and no public transport available except taxi (booking needed) and shuttle car for airport pickup and drop off.

The location is less than 10 minutes from the airport and 20 to the town center. Quite spacious room and some with balconies. Rooms facing the bay have nice view looking over the water and island across the bay. Amenities standard but necessary ones are there. Wifi works well and this is very helpful since my phone connection was rather bad. Friendly and polite staffs. Overall it's a good stay for my business trip. In addition there's an excellent grill fish restaurant opposite the street.

We had a clean and quite spacious room, a clean bathroom, and an enjoyable time with our toddler in the pool. We met friendly and helpful staffs and had many menus to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is located quite near the airport, but not to close to other buildings or houses so that it was quiet in the evening (and it is AWESOME if you know how loud people can be in Kupang). It was a bang for the buck.

Near the airport, free shuttle to airport and Lippoplaza in the city is a huge plus. However, internet connection is really bad. It is hard to complete an online task. The room is okay, but the cleanliness can be improved. If you are looking for a place near airport, it is worth to try. Otherwise, better find another place.

This was my first trip to Neo Eltari and what I got was awesome (about 4 days). Thank you for the warm welcome from the staffs.
Also I do thanked for free drive from/to airport. The room is cozy, clean, and no water issue. I suggest to choose a room which have a seaview. Overall, I just feel right to choose this hotel for my first impression in Kupang. I'll be back for another trip! Thank you, Neo Eltari!

New hotel. Nice and pretty cheap one! Closest to the airport.
