Good place to stay if you're heading to airport and Batu. Only takes 40 minutes to reach Jatim Park. However this hotel might not be suitable for you who wants to go around Malang, since it's 10 km away from downtown. We pick a standard room for 3 guests, pretty clean and affordable. Free wifi available inside the room but was unstable.

Very bad experience, been there around 4 months ago, I was so exhausted coming with land trip from Bali (Mount Agung tragedy, cz all airport was closed and we were having meeting in Malaysia. Need to move our ass ASAP) was trying to take rest but this staff keep us waiting for 3 hours to get the room ready (I am not sure that she is doing that, she just want to spoil my day cz I came with my foreigner fiancée) she is just a jelly lady made us pissed off cz the service. The time I came to the receptionist, she was looking at me like she is gonna kill me or something, that time itself I feel comfortable with the stuff. We came at 9:30am, didnt have our breakfast. The other staff who seems like to be a manager didnt allow us to even sit (we already know that we are going to pay the buffet cz that day we didnt include the breakfast), after we told him like "doe. We gonna pay the buffet. You need to learn how to service the guests" they then apologized and let us in peace having our breakfast. Not recommended

Budget hotel, it is not really clean room. Pretty far from any outside restaurants. The easiest choise is to having meals in the hotel restaurant, the food taste is not bad

Absolute best.

I went here with my school on field trip. The service was excellent and the breakfast was tasty. The rooms were spacious, and are equipped with clean and comfortable bathrooms. The lifts are a bit slow, in my opinion, and if you got a room in the lower floors and don't have much luggage, I would suggest you to instead take the stairs.

Quite good hotel, located on main road that connect surabaya and malang. The room quite clean, but little noise, because next to main road. The menu for breakfast too simple for 3 star hotel.

Located on main street. Parking space a bit further from lobby. Can't access the wifi.
No shopping area nearby. No restaurant nearby. Close to Hawai Waterpark (less than 2 km).
