Middle-up class hospital in the city. It provides general and special services. The emergency service is available for 24 hours. However you still need to make an appointment for each visit. The price is a bit expensive since they claimed their better services. But as my experience it didn't meet expectation. The crews were less friendly especially the nurse.

Such a bad service for entire staff, not even smile, adress and answer all questions with a proper manners, especially for medical check up procedures are so complicated, you need to wait for at least 1 hr only for registration, another 1 hr to pay and another 1 hr to wait for every single test, i came early morning and finished around 5.30 pm. Then i still need to come back in another day to fix my blood test and dentist and also treadmill test (w*f is it gym or hospital?). Then i came again after weeks early morning and i still need to wait until at least 4.00 pm to finished those three tests with poor disgusting service. Can you imagine that?

Hospital location is quite strategic in the middle of Lippo Cikarang city. Good service is supported by many specialist doctors. Can be a referral for general medical check-up with different types of packages to choose from. The parking space is adequate, there is canteen area, ATM, and Mosque. Price is proportional to the quality of service provided.

Pharmacy cashier was really rude and doesnt seem to care at all. Pharmacy was really slow. I wait more than an hour just to get my medicine.

They have good doctors and medicines. Always crowded, most of the time I have to wait for 1 to 2 hours before it's my turn. You can ask the pharmacy to deliver your medications to your home for free.
