Great view, delicious breakfast. Average cost.
No lift/escalator. Stairs only.
Double bed almost broken.
Water in bathroom is welled up.
Noisy front room door.
Boiled water on shower heater.

Booked a junior suite. It's clean but absolutely nothing special. View from 2nd floor is very nice. Breakfast buffet is good. We arrived at the end of breakfast so the selection was down. It is rated as 3 star hotel and I think that is accurate. We haven't utilized room service but do appreciate the water in the room. Must use room key to lock doors, always a safety concern in the event of fire. Pool is cold and I doubt we will use it. Pool area is ok.

Not bad, colokan listrik minim, aliran air (dingin) agak kecil. Pintu balkon harus dibuka agar ada aliran udara (kalo gak pengap). Parkir cukup luas, view malam hari keren dan view pagi hari yg mantap.

This hotel is very nice (compared to the price, it is very value for money) there is a swimming pool and the view from it is wonderful. There is no AC in each room but that's not a big deal because rhe weather here is very cold at night and rather cold at day. So far this is a recommended hotel in Batu.

This hotel is locate on a high land so it is quite cold even though there is no air conditioner. For a hotel built in 2013, its room is a bit old fashioned. I booked Junior Room on the second floor, room 223. Unfortunately, the view is not very good. It is exactly beside people's houses. The sofa is a bit dirty, but the room is very spacious and the bathroom is clean. The swimming pool is not so big, but it's fine. The staffs are friendly, too.

Comfortable sleeping here. The scenery is nice, but there is no elevator. It is okay for youngsters but not for elders.

Positives: Location and view were nice. Need improvement: service was not as good as expected. We rented 6 rooms. One of the room had no hot water. Breakfast was very limited on variation and most of the items ran out on 7.30am, one hour after started, and was not refreshed. On day two, in the morning the whole hotel had no running water for about 2 hours. I had to scoop water from swimming pool to flush the toilet. Shower head was not maintained at all, only about 40% of the holes was not blocked. Water dispenser was available at room area but was not refreshed when water ran out. It seems that the hotel is not ready to cater for peak season, and not well maintained.

Cozy places to spend the night on batu, the place is superb, friendly staff. however, during my stay, i have 2 problems, first in pool shower, there is only 1 working shower, the others are broken, and the lamp is broken too, i have asked the staff to replace the bulb, but its still broken in the next morning. Second, the wifi in 2nd floor is not working during my stay, hopefully these will be resolved soon.

Didn't stay here, but I had iftar together with my high school classmates last ramadan. We took a IDR. 30k package. The menu was okay, ( it was a buffet with 2 kinds of ta'jil, a soup, rice, seasoned chicken, etc). The place was in a room on a rooftop so the view was amazing . There was also a karaoke equipment provided.

Aneh.. Kasih voucher tp pake harga publish, sedangkan harga traveloka lebih murah dr harga publish plus diskon 50%.. Padahal itu voucher dapat sbg program reward.. Trus apa fungsinya voucher? Abal2..
