The hotel is one of the good ones to visit, with facilities that can be said complete and also comfortable for a place to stay if a layover in this city. Not spared this hotel provides gym and spa facilities. Spa at the hotel includes a spa that can be recommended to try. Excellent service from start to finish.

The first room that I got here was darn smelly. They said the room (511 - if I'm not mistaken) was never really taken care of properly due to not many people choose non-smoking room.

Then I asked them to move my room, finally to 501, smoking room, and it was better. I like the breakfast and the crews were friendly. Also it is located quite strategic in the heart of the city, near to almost every meeting that I went and near to big malls.

Considering of how long it has been since it was built, surely some of the facilities might not look so astonishing as before. In spite of this, most of the employees here are friendly. If you are looking for place to stay with caring attitude workers, you might want to put it on your top list. It has an outdoor swimming pool, which not limited to guests only, spa, and many more to ensure your night enjoyable. Another advantage of choosing this place is that there are two shopping malls nearby and another one within just approximately 600 meters.

Old building but still nice hotel. Here for some event at the ballroom. I suggest to try other hotel that still new if you here for holiday, but again, depends on your purpose.

Recommend to have relaxing weekend or holiday. Welcomed by polite employee. It has a quite good city sight from 8th floor (no smoking room area). It has small gym, swimming pool and sauna. Providing varient and delicious breakfast every morning. Close to several malls just by walking such as Palembang Square and PS eXtension (3-5 mins), Palembang Icon (7-10 mins) and Transmart (10-15 mins). You know I'm sorry to say this, but the price is too high for this hotel. With that price I should get a lot better service. I couldn't check in until 3 p.m because they said the room wasn't ready. There wasn't any towel in my room. But the room, the pool, and the food are okay. And one more thing, the TV quality is bad.

This hotel is strategic, we can reach 2 shopping mall nearby by foot. good service by the staff, cleanliness is guaranteed especially for the bathroom and room. Need some improvement for dishes, it's lil bit boring menu for me.

A bit folksy compare with other luxurious 5 stars hotel (which are generally followed with higher rates), but the "hotel people" is very nice and pleasant 😊
Good chef in restaurant, security, laundry, housekeeping, front desk, and other hotel officers
Very good wifi quality, comfortable room (mossy window glass should be cleaned), and great location for me 😁
Reservation need a bit upgrade to avoid guest disapointment
However, this hotel is cozy and i had the pleasure of staying at this hotel

Great location in the center of Palembang, close to 2 malls (Palembang Square & Palembang Icon)
Room ia clean but a bit small and maybe need refreshment/refurbish.
Breakfast is good with the choices of local culinary (pempek, burgo, etc.)

Our expectation was that we will have good experience here but what happened was opposite. We got the room after been an hour waiting and a staff at Lounge is less awareness, she wasn't welcoming us and not serve the welcome drinks till I told the reception.

Last time I stayed here everything was good, except the blanket in my room is a bit dirty, I think people expect more since you are named "Aryaduta". If you compare this to Aryaduta Karawaci, it's on different level. Please improve, thanks.

Old school hotel. Rated 4 star but the food and the room more or less like 3 star plus. Not value for money. If location is the plus point, then watchout. There are several four / three star hotel nearby cheaper with greater hospitality, newer bedding, and better breakfast.

Good hotel, but have a little dissapointed when request for non smoking room, then get non smoking room on non smoking floor (15th) but when coming inside my room, so smell of smoking like smoking room. So after complaining, someone bring perfume aerosol spray, and make the room become flower smell (dont know how to write this on english.. haha lol), in the middle of night and very tired. Have to wait 20 minutes until the room can be accessed.

This hotel has gone through quite a few ownerships and management companies over the last couple of years, it's not been for the better. We stayed at the 6th floor (which might be the floor for big wedding groups), where the rooms showed a lot of wear and tear; Broken lamp shades, dirty floors, bad TV reception, broken shower head, etc. etc. Common areas showed a lot of wear and tear too, the whole hotel could need a big upgrade. Better stay somewhere else, if you ask me.
