  They promised to come and fix my fridge on Wednesday the week after they came and checked it at my house. On the promised day, no confirmation whatsoever so I decided to call them. They said they will come the next Monday. Imagine if I did not call them! Super disappointed! They attitude devalues and hurts Samsung's brand

  The customer service is excellent here
  
  Waiting number is given through a touch screen console. Out of 8 booth, only 5 booth active, and despite being seated on the chair in front of the booth, you will be ignored (Note: i arrived here at 3:10). As of writing this, i have been ignored for 15 minutes straight.
  
  And, they’ll skip your numbers too, apparently. The purpose of sitting in the front of the booth is second to none.

  Kecewa bangat am kualitas hp samsung j7 prime bru, beli baru, baru pakai 5hari udh muncul garis hitam n mesti bawah msuk garansi n katanya mw tunggh 1minggu bru bisa ambil hp nya. Padahal dri dulu saya udh pakai hp samsung gak pernh ad kendala apa" knpa versi samsung j7 ini kualitas nya membuat aq sngat kecewa.

  Luar biasa ketulusan membantu dari samsung service center pontianak.. Saya sudah ke samsung service center di kota lain tapi tidak ada yg menyerupai ketulusan di samsung service center pontianak yang sangat memahami kebutuhan customer dan mau memberikan yang terbaik buat customer. Sekali lagi terima kasih buat mbak Riris dan teman2 Yang sudah sangat peduli dan tanggap atas kebutuhan saya.
  HP saya rusak layar dan ada bagian dalam jamur krn mgkn pernah kena air. Beruntung saat HP rusak saya ada di pontianak namun krn keterbatasan waktu saya di pontianak akhirnya tidak jadi perbaiki di pontianak dan saya bawa ke samsung serv center di kota lain (jakarta,balikpapan) tapi smuanya tidak terlihat ada niat membantu saya utk mendapatkan kembali data saya. Akhirnya saya ada kesempatan ke samsung service pontianak dan saya dibantu kembali.
