The PSU that I gave them to get RMA always broke (again and again, it's been 3rd time since i did that and the PSU still broken) no matter what.
They said they were going to contacted me after they did their job, in reality I have to come to asked them.
They lost my package PSU also.
One thing that made me give a star is the technician is nice to costumer.
