It is has a strategic location. Bandung Indah Plaza is very near,only 5 minutes walking. There are also some factory outlets near by. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean. However, the food is not spectacular. The parking lot is not sufficient in my opinion, it ia difficult to make a manuever in the parking area.

This hotel has convenient, strategies location almost at the central of city. The room a bit small but comfortable and clean, better choose not face the road to avoid noise from the road. Some noise from corridor go inside to the room. Breakfast is ok but not excellent. Parking space, quite limited.

Suitable for new couple with low budget and no child. You won't have privacy, small room, glass separated bathroom, no swimming pool, no gym facilities, bad services. You can have another better place with the same price. The only good point is strategic locatio n in Bandung downtown.
For laundry, just got about 500m walking you will get cheaper laundry service

Good service & great rooms for affordable price. The parking lot is really small so it's best if you use taxi or online taxi when staying in this hotel.

The room is nice eventhough it's small. Only the lobby is too hot (idk if the Air conditioner is broken or something). The location is good and accessible if you want to go for vacational spot in Bandung. The price is also wallet-friendly

Room shall be repair for windows seal its very disturbing when sleep not quiet well.
Parking area very small.
Bathroom dated
Beakfast not taken.
Quality of sleep .. bad
Maybe kagum hotel management shall review their all hotels facilities

Lets talk about the breakfast, please develop the menu in the hotel, it is not appetizing for our palate, make the chefs taste their own cooking first, and a 100k for breakfast?!?! C'mon there's still so many competitive hotel that offer some affordable breakfast with tasty and various menu.

Room are plenty clean, room rate absorbs good, breakfast recepies not delicious as wells, food only getting a bit okay after days 3 staying. Room services menu tom yum expensive 6x,xxx rupiahs but the contents of meeks just fill with square tofu and mushrooms they even give 3mini dice cut of fish only, dissapointed serving, and the tom yum soup taste looks oike only using sauce sambals bittle instant, no chulli, no lemon grass, no lemon leaves, no tomatoes, etc just likes clear soup spicy with sauce sambals only. Need to improved the cheff cooking standard as bakancing of the hotel service class is cozy deluxe. The mojito lime mint was good enough recomend beverage for detox as they used honey to make it sweets taste

The room was clean and comfy. The dining area has a large aquarium and cosy, good for families. However, it is not recommended if you bring your own car as the parking space is extremely limited. The window soundproofing also horrible. The sound from the street could be heard clearly from the room. Recommended to get room away from the street.
