LA Room clean and brand new building, large open space with green grass and many attractions like a children playground, atv, paintball etc. Recommended for family vacation.

Good hotel with affordable price, you dont need AC due to the air was cold. You gonna freeze if you use your AC. The room was large, the bathroom too. But due to cold air outside, the hot water doesnt usefull at all.

One can forgive the inexperience of the waiting staff who constantly need guidance and the young lady directing the dining staff is passionate and impressive. The rooms are clean and semi modern. But the appalling standard of the night staff is simply unforgivable. There is a screen in place of a window and my room is perhaps 30 meters from a road. Trailbikes are going up and down this road and i cannot keep the sound out. I phoned the night desk asking if the window could be closed and the person there confirmed my room number and said "please wait". They then did nothing. No follow up. No knock on the door. No assistance.
It's midnight and the family down stairs have music up loud. Their children are slamming doors and screaming - running up and down the stairs and playing outside and it's been going on for more than an hour - they're so loud you will easily hear them from reception. When I look at the guest information booklets by the phone I see they have been scribbled all over. The review sheet they leave has already been filled in by a previous guest and nobody bothered to collect it which clearly demonstrates a lack of pride or value in guest opinion. I phoned the night desk again and he apologised and promised to deal with it. Nothing has been done. You can hear the kids voices echoing as they yell outside and the staff will be able to hear it. I phoned the night desk again twice. Both times they no longer bother answering the phone.
We are a wedding party that has books 2 rooms. I am the groom and I and my guests cannot sleep. Of all the hotels I have stayed in this is sets a new standard of low and I'm here right now hunched in the dark typing this review after hours of being kept awake one night before the most important day of my life. I can hear those kids right now as I type. Appalling. Unforgivable. The worst. It shames me that I brought family and friends here and I'm not looking forward to facing them over breakfast.response / report this review -

The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. Is up on the hill of Lembang with almost nothing in the vicinity. However the hotel has almost everything from simple warmindo to regular food. The down side is their kitchen only open until 10PM.
Suitable to stay and relax with your family. Bring extra blanket, the area is very cold!
Got a lot of activities, from swimming, volleyball, badminton, to paintball and archery.response / report this review -

Place with good views. The air is cold and fresh. But the room is old. I had problem with the door handle. The service was not too good. The breakfast lack of variety. First day we had banana fried and 2 kinds of juice drinks. Second day no banana fried and drinks only orange juice.
Some information were not transparent about discounts with credit cards. Ask more to the staff. Because they will not tell you unless you ask.response / report this review -

Posisi tempatnya bagus dengan view kota Bandung dari atas. Terdapat fasilitas lengkap mulai kolam renang, lapangan tennis dll. Secara menu makanan rasanya enak-enak, tidak mengecewakan. Pelayanan bagus semua, cepat dan cekatan. Kamarnya jga lengkap dan bersih tidak ada minus.

Nice place to stay for 1 night. Many good nature views here. You can walk to the forest not quite far from the resort. The breakfast is just so so. It has outdoor pool and it offer some outbound activities like flying fox, motocross, ATV.

Great View, Poor Standard Room, Disappointing Breakfast
I was about to give five stars upon arrival for friendly staff, great view and spacious garden area. Those ‘love at first sight’ disappeared when getting into room. My standard superior non-smoking room had dirt in walls, bedsheet and smell like a smoking room. It’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in.
Breakfast is the service you can’t expect high. It’s just an array of fruit, fried rice, porridge, fried mee hon, omelette and french fries.
Price-wise: it’s worth the price.
Location: I like the quiet location, in a small road not far from main road.
Food: Simple yet tasty
Service: Quick, friendly but could be better. Breakfast served from 7 am, we came at 7:30 and all menu was empty.
Cleanliness: above average for local hotel, but room is quite a disappointment. A higher rate of deluxe and suite could be better choices for you to try.response / report this review -

No ac in the room. At Noon you'll not feel hot but not cold either. But at night wow its very fresh air. Place quite huge.
Food is very delicious and cheap. Its about Rp 30.000 you will get Rice with Sweet Sour Chicken + a glass of hot tea, etc.
There is many type of room. From deluxe for 2 persons, Junior Suite for 4 Persons, Family Suite for 6 persons. There is outdoor swimming pool, tennis court. You can play outbond games too, but only on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday. The scenery is beautiful.response / report this review -

It was cold but cozy, been there but not for staying overnight. The place was uphill, not to be noticed easily if you don't have any hint or clues about the place. Again, for a getaway, it would be a great place juat to be left alone.

Comfortable place for you and your family, also fit for corporate which need place for meeting or training because it has some function rooms. The scenery is awesome, and the swimming pool has 2 different deep, perfect for kids. The traffic towards here will be insanely bad on weekends.

The landscape view is great, the position is high near tangkuban perahu, the air is so fresh, windy and chill. They just have to improve the cleanliness of the room, because I found some dust and stain on my bed & pillow.

It's a resort for family or company gathering. Since it's in Lembang which near from Tangkuban Perahu mount, ofcourse the weahter is so fresh. There're pavillions with many categories, pool, restaurant, barbeque, sport centre, and playing ground.

View oke, suasana nyaman. Kebersihan kurang terdapat bercak dan coretan anak didin2g. Plafon bekas bocor, dinding dan funitur somplak. Pelayanan ramah dan baik juga sopan. Masakan mayan.

Having a good landscape but cleaness as a weak point that must be improved. Today we stay here, but we found room floor is not so clean, room toilet smell, room toilet ceilling tarnished because of a leaky roof, pillow rancidity, bed linen rancidity, balcony chair damage, and we find many cigarette butt wasted everywhere on roof near by balcony.
