  Product repair center for famous brand Samsung. You can bring your mobile phones, tv, etc to this service center should you seek for help. Need to be prepared though, a very long queue, so you should come very early. The management should reorganize the customer service officers to give better customer support.

  This place provide same day service and for certain products you can even wait for it (1 hour service)
  
  But for large products, such as TV, Fridge, washing machine, you need the technician to visit your home. Maybe if you are kind, you can bring the large products to the service center yourself.

  Sometimes customer service make nonsense answer / question.
  Like make me dont know anything about my device. Make me like stupid -_-.

  Air conditioner not working properly. The seating area also not cleaned properly. Need to fix the staffs service as well. They are not friendly to their customers. No smile at all to me.
