For me this place is the best one to chill in Gili. Is not too loud and the live music is awesome. The bartenders is very kind and friendly. It could be crowded on weekend, but I still highly recommended this place for people that love live music and place to chill.

A fun evening bar and club after 8 pm, live music often of varying but fun styles.
Open until 1am every night and 3 am one night a week (Wednesday 9 think)

Close to ombok club and easy to move between the two

Great live music, good vibe, reasonable drink price. Definitely a must visit if you're in Gili. The only thing that's missing is the food. The price of food is okay but the taste is just average.

I seriously love this bar. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the view is amazing. If you dont go in this bar you shouldn't go anywhere. After a long day there is no better place to relax than in this bar. Also the drinks are nice too. If you wondering if they paid me for this review, no they didn't. I'm just drunk.

This place is a MUST if you go to Gili.
Amazing atmosphere! Reggie concerts beginning of evening and classic rock afterwards.
When concerts are over, music non stop until close.
For us it was the best place of the Island to have a drink.

Very cool place and nice burgers, but not sure about spirits they put in there cocktails. I had 3 different and it was like a juice. Pointless to pay for nothing.

Was there later in the evening and saw a great live band play a selection of modern pop. Prices reasonable considering popularity, and although busy wasn't too ramped.

Bar upstairs is a bit quieter and easier to get drinks whilst still see the stage.

good food, good music. Saturday night reggae night and also most nights have live music. Good environment if you're looking for that Jamaican laid back vibe. First place we ate and had a Bintang when we landed on Gili T to avoid the masses trying to get Cidomo's. Good beer prices.

Loved this placed! Gili T is for those people who look for the night life and this bar is the centre! Great live band and always busy with great atmosphere. We stayed in apartment outback and if went to sleep early then close can barely hear it.. and was clean, lovely pool, good price and lots of little touches really made the place. Would recommend!

Sama-Sama Reggae Bar is as the name suggests, a laid back kinda place. They're friendly, the service is good and they have real life rastafarians there 😃
The food was lovely, good quality ingredients and big portions. The jerk chicken could have done with more spice but it was still very tasty.
Nice place to head out in the evening too!

I didn't drink at this Bar , but I booked a snorkeling tour here. It was super cheap, we snorkeled around all the three gili islands. I'm not sure we got to the best spots, but if it is to prevent the live corals from dying out, I don't mind. Nonetheless I got more than I bargained for. I booked the tour with yooman(company).

It all happens here at the Gili's! Great live music, usually packed. Very laid back atmosphere and great place to meet other fellow travelers.
