Royal Villa Jepun,
And Royal it is. We stayed in villa nr 1. A very spacious room, stylish and lovely decorated. Beautiful lightning. The terrace outside is very private surrounded with lots of plants and a bamboo fence. An outside bathroom, we always like outside bathrooms, and yes of course there are mosquito's, we havent found a place yet in Bali were they weren't. Thats why Deet repellent was invented!
The garden is maintained with a lot of love, it shows every were. The pool has a great shape and is very clean. Overall a great place to be, far away from noise and yet still close to Ubud centre. Breakfast, banana pancake it melts on your tongue, delicious. The staff is amazing, always there to help in any way they can, always a smile on their face. Great hospitality!!!
On the same premises you find Taragon restaurant, raw healthy food, amazing juices and smoothie bowls full off richness .
If you want to feel Royal for a couple of days and be treated like a king.
Go and stay at Royal Villa Jepun!

Wonderful place, lovely staff, good breakfast included. The place doesn’t have access for wheelchairs and they need to do something to sounds-proof between rooms. Besides that, the garden is relaxing and very well maintained, the location is very convenient and the pool is clean and pleasant. Great price-value!

Great hotel, good location short walk from Ubud centre great tours available locally.
The rooms are clean and the pool lovely, but what really makes this place is the staff they are super helpful, polite, kind and friendly nothing is too much trouble and seem genuinely happy to help make your holiday a great one!response / report this review -

Always happy to help you. They sorted out transport and treks and other things. Location is good lots of places around to eat and also not far from local attractions

The room was a good size, however while the the pictures of the hotel were good, they were not necessarily of the overall cleanliness. Two of the walls had a sizeable amount of mould and the bedsheets had numerous stains throughout. The pool and pool towels were also not overly clean. The location of the hotel was good, being only 5 minutes drive to central ubud and the price was reasonable
