The hotel is close to the city center. You can find every thing you need around the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 days because it was close to my fiancé’s house. We couldn’t book Novotel and thought the 4 star rating was good enough, HUGE mistake! Room was small, no mini fridge, WiFi was spotty and we had to ask hotel staff to reset the modem, hair dryer wasn’t included in the bathroom- we had to request it from front desk. Breakfast was ok. The entire room looked unfinished as paint was everywhere and repair work was widely ignored. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the hallway. We tried to cancel and book with another hotel (Sol Marina) but the receptionist said there is no way to refund Expedia bookings. Please save yourself the headache and choose another hotel.

Menu sarapannya enak, pelayanan ramah. Kamarnya juga nyaman.Semakin istimewa karena posisinya tepat di samping Tangcity mall. Tapi sayangnya pintu masuk lobby susah dijangkau.

Good service, friendly staff. Really good transit hotel. Only 45 mins away from the Soekarno-Hatta Intl Aiport in Cengkareng. Tell your taxi driver to take the back road (lewat belakang toll).

Price is cheap, but it's only good for a night sleep. Sometimes the hall is noisy at night.
