Un lugar cerca de la playa, jardines muy bonitos, personal muy atento! Habitaciones muy sencillas pero suficientes para descansar tras día de tour o playa, piscina demasiado tratada con químicos pero perfecta de temperatura y superficie!

Низкая цена номеров. Большой плавательный бассейн. Красивый ухоженный парк. Хороший сервис. Приятное меню ресторана. Радушный хозяин и персонал.

Cockroach infested hotel with bad service
My Girlfriend and I stayed at Rini hotel for one night only. We checked in, dropped our luggage in the room n. 15 and then We decide to go out for dinner. Once back in our room around 11 pm We found more than 20 cockroaches climbing the walls, running around, under bed, upon our luggage and in the bathroom. These were no ordinary little roachs, they were massive, they were brown and half the size of my palm! My GF run away shocked and I went to call the concierge to help us. We did not find anyone at the entrance desk for at least 20 min. Then the concierge came and I explaned the problem. He took a Cockroach Killer Spray and He starts spraying around the room with all the cockroach running in and out the room. I asked if We could move somewhere else and the concierge said that He has to check if there is a room available for Us. We waited the answer until 12am. Then He moved Us to the next room which was dirty, the smell was of mold with no fresh air. He arrange very slowly our roomt.
After a bad night sleep, We woke up and We started packing up our stuff. On the way to pay, We walked past room and the cockroach were death on the floor inside and out. Not even clean up afterwords! Absolutely disgusting! We paid and I ask if was possible to get a free bottle of water (8000rupiah) for our journey. The concierge with a very rude word said that the hotel is not a charity company!!
I rarely write any reviews on websites like this but was so astonished at the terrible customer service and just outright blatant rip-off that I had to warn others to STAY AWAY!!!response / report this review -

this is a beautiful place set in enormous garden with squirrels also an inscrutable dog called pluto .huge rooms spacious bathroom lovely resto

Hotelanlage ist schön und sauber. Der pool ist auch gut.
Die Betten sind unbequem und durchgelegen (günstigste Zimmer).
