We booked the room with Ms. Deborah and they gave us a very nice large room with kitchen and terrace. Really appreciate it! The staffs are friendly and really helpful :) The pool and the restaurant also looks nice but we didn't go there cuz we have a limited time.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is very nice and you can see the sea from the balcony and hear the waves when falling asleep. There are many local restaurants close by, so make sure to try one of them!

We are staying at Bali Palm Resort, Candidasa, Bali, Indonesia for 7 nights. It a beautiful resort equipped with world class facilities. They have trained staff, who are very helping in every manner. Not found any difficulty in our stay here because market and transportation are easily available.
The only problem we have faced is the unavailability of vegetarian Indian foods in this area.

Nice hotel. The hotel is amazing. The room have a Beautiful view of the ocean.

However, there is no beach available so the amazing pool is the alternative or take a boat och taxi to the nearest beach. This is a great hotel.

I was staying 2 nights in this hotel.the receptions and the restaurant staf are verry freindly..the few are fantastic.all are verry good.i realy glad to stay in this hotel.
The only make me disapointed is a Spa. I was taking and paid a foot massage for 1 hour but they do only 40 minutes..

Tranquil, great hospitality & good breakfast are three things that stand out when it came to our accommodation at the resort. Generally food and beverages at the resort are not very cheap but one gets a satisfactory portion of food.

Apart from that, the resort overlooks the ocean, the pool is a decent size and great to chill in after a day out.

The 24 hour shop outside the resort is convenient for when you feel a little peckish.

The amount of guests at the resort was perfect as there were not many tourists due to the volcano threats.

When it comes to our actual room, it was a tad too small for two people. The air conditioning could use some filtering out as it took some time for our room to cool down.

We have booked 4 days initially but we found ourself extending our staying multiple times. Palms Resort is a great place to have a calm and relaxing holiday. The pool is in the centre of the resort, really close to almost all room or apartments. The apartments are average, not bad, not amazing but we stayed 2 weeks at the end so you can have some ideas that it's enough comfortable for a longer stay. The staff is generally kind and helpful. I gave 4 stars only because we found the bar and the restaurant overpriced a bit, but budgets are different for each guest for sure. We are experienced travellers and we can kindly recommend this place.

The Resort is nice, but not really beautiful. The prices for eating are very high. The pool is also ok and clean. But the sea is so dirty that you won't want to swim there. The room is good for the price and also clean. The kitchen is very small. For Candi Dasa the resort is good, but Bali has better places to stay!

My fiancé and I booked a week at Bali Palms Resort through a time share holiday deal where you are also pitched the opportunity to purchase the time share in exchange for discount lodging. The resort itself is relatively clean and quiet, although the rooms are small, feel old, and sport a 80s motel aesthetic. While the resort is overlooks the ocean, there is no beach access on site. While the local resort staff were pleasant, the expat resort management is rude and condescending.

On our third day staying at the resort, while we were out of the room for lunch, the pipes leading to the sink developed a major leak which flooded our room (2+ inches of water covering the whole floor). The water damaged several of our items, including fairly expensive personal electronics that shorted out. The expat manager who was called to the scene neglected to offer any apology or entertain the idea of compensation for our losses. He proceeded to tell us we were to blame because our electronics chargers were left on the floor plugged into the outlets. He also implied that we were responsible for the pipes bursting.

He continued by telling us that he can act however he wants without repercussions in Bali, and that we don’t live in the “real world” if we think that his actions and tone would have any impact on the resort. We ultimately left to find other accommodations fearing that we would continue to be harassed by the management or targeted with theft or fraud because of the management’s ludicrous behavior. For anyone looking to buy into the time share, I would be wary. Will a resort with such an abysmal standard of customer service still be around for the 25 years of your contract? Will your belongings be safe? If there is a problem, will you have any recourse? We didn’t.
