The hotel is great. A bit secluded from the city and that what makes it serene. The facility is all there from large swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis court, children playground, etc. Recommended for a family staycation.

The rooms are spacious and all have great expansive views of Mt. Salak, that makes the room rates pricey. The place is a bit far, 30 min. from the city. Great if you just want a weekend excursion with family - they have lots of facilities to keep you busy, but it is not a good base if you want to explore Bogor city.

This is a good hotel.
Eventhough there is no signage/brochure/info that explains everything that this hotel features. But once people understand the value it offers (family activity hotel). You will love it.

Very nice place to stay for vacation or company meeting.
There are lots of nice view and playground for your kids. Some are free and some we have to pay some amount.
There is a minimarket, Indomaret inside the hotel at playground area.
Some minor repair can be done for better quality but I think it is still acceptable.

Stylish and old fashioned at the same time. Service standards are good enough and food is very good. Best place to stay if you plan to golf at rancamaya. Great mountain course but greens could be a lot better. Jam outside the property is horrible due to road works. And when it rains. It can flood. No other reason I can see to stay there but to he golfing around that area.

This hotel is not far from the exit of Jagorawi tollroad. It is easy to reach the hotel. The view from the hotel is very nice with mountain and hills that you can see from your room.
Receptionist and other staffs are quite proactive in providing their service to the guest.
It also has a big size swimming pool which is good for the one who stays with family. It also has big room for the meeting and training.

Hotel bagus dengan pemandangan luar biasa. Kamarnya punya tempat tidur double queen size yang bisa muat 4 orang dengan lega. Pilih kamar paling atas dan menghadap ke golf dan gunung salak atau pilih kamar di lantai bawah dengan teras belakang langsung terhubung ke kolam renang.

Buffet nya ngga mahal. Tapi makanan cukup bervariasi dan yang terpenting cita rasanya enak.
Booking hotel bisa langsung ditempat dan siapa tau ada promosi kartu kredit tertentu utk diskon harga kamar yg lebih besar.

Cocok utk liburan keluarga sesaat melepas penat hiruk pikuk kota. Recommended lah pokoknya!

This is the perfect place for people who seek quiet place and some sort of getaway hotel. Its location is pretty difficult ot access since no public transportation modes available around the hotel building itself. You might even find it difficult just to order grab around that area.

I visited this hotel two weeks ago to attend some office convention and all I can say is everything was so so.

Such remarkable hotel! Though it was only 1 night stay with my family here, but the experience is complete! The room is super clean, sleep was tight and comfy, service is just right and friendly! Extra long swimming pool, check! Lots of sight seeing places for jog and walk, check! Even they had playing ground for kids and real living breathing deers!!! A place that definitely a right place for your getaway or fun family time!

Luxurious and large. Rooms are large with king size bed either for twin bed room. There is bathtube and standing shower. There are many kind of meal for your breakfast.

have a very good mountain view, delicious food, the recommended menu is fried rice made by a standby chef. Comfortable and spacious rooms, rather high rate. Lovely garden with live animals such as deers, and we can feed the fishes.

Great hotel. Even for standard twin room you get two queen size beds. Swimmoing pool is huge. Food is delicious. The villas are a bit too expensive IMO.

I had a meeting here for three days. A bit far from anywhere but only takes few mins to reach the location from high way exit. I don't really like the food tbh but I love the surroundings. Gym equipment is OK and pools are everywhere.

Nice 4 star hotel in bogor. Not far from exit toll ciawi. Its very easy to reach because located inside Rancamaya Residence.

This place also offers free fitness, spa, jacuzzi and other facilities. Good to spend leisure time with family :)

A very nice hotel with a good view to mount Salak. One stop hotel for family or couple. You can do many things in the hotel. Masjid is available at the hotel. Driving range is available for free for the first 50 balls. Free valet service.

Pretty cool building, great food and service, they got live music every night in their cafe near the lobby. They have indomaret too which is pretty important! To buy stuff and snacks to eat in the room. They got a very loooong swimming pool, a gym, spa , a beautiful garden and dear garden and there's archery range too. The air and water is very fresh. And you get a beautiful view of mountain salak every day. Great for families, couples and friends who wants to have a short getaway from jakarta

If you stay here, get the room on the ground floor where the lanai opens up directly to the pool. This is a very nice hotel and the food is quite good also. Nice grounds for walking and visiting with the deer. Friendly staff and clean updated rooms.

More like an apartment, not like a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is not freshly cooked, some are leftovers from day before and reheated, rubbish food. Croissant is also not freshly baked, its from frozen and ready to cook package. Pool isnt hot water. room with cheap interior feels. Not decent for that range of price that should value a 5 star hotel.

Although it's a matured golf course the course is poorly maintained. Very disappointed and does not live up to the ratings. Both fairways and greens are really bad.
