Mencoba buka puasa bersama di Hotel ini dan pelayanannya tidak memuaskan. Pelayannya benar-benar kurang orang, katanya disiapkan takjil tp yang keluar kurang, hanya ada bbrp, wkt ditanya katanya sudah keluar semua, mungkin dikeluarin buat room sebelah, akhirnya diinfo kalau sedang dibuatkan lagi (bukti kalau memang tidak dipersiapkan untuk kami) dan itupun mepet bgt dgn waktu berbuka atau bisa dibilang itu sudah terlambat. Taste makanannya ada yg hambar dan keasinan, sangat berbeda tastenya dengan waktu kita test food. Pelayannya juga kurang memuaskan dalam menangani dan memberikan jawaban atas komplain kami, jawabannya hanya "nanti saya cek", "nanti saya tanyakan ke dapur" tanpa ada followup lebih lanjutnya setelah itu, apalagi kalau tidak kita tanyakan lagi. Centong nasi tidak diberikan sehingga saya hrs ke dapur krn saat minta ke pelayan tidak kunjung datang dan itupun lumayan lama saya menunggu di depan dapur, pdhl cuman mengambil centong nasi. Sendok makan jg habis tp pelayan tidak tahu sehingga saya juga yg turun ke dapur untuk minta sendok supaya cepat. Mohon memperbaiki lagi service nya. Apalagi ketika sudah memutuskan untuk membuat paket berbuka puasa, harus dipersiapkan dgn baik dan matang. Kalau memang org dapurnya terbatas, lebih baik tidak usah diberikan pilihan menu. Bikin saja menu yang wajib per hari nya, sehingga bisa sekaligus dimasak. Semoga bisa jadi pelajaran bersama.

I like to stay in this hotel and the breakfast have many choices.
Another plus thing is they have starbucks in front, still in the same area with JIexpo, and wifi connection is great.
In the other way I think they have to fix the shower, something trouble, the grip is loose. The only have mini gym but I think that's enough due to not many visitor want to do gym and TV chanel is not clear.

This hotel probably suffers of staff shortage. My room wasn't ready on time. I've got it on 11th floor late evening. Whole night it was noisy probably because of some kind of compressor nearby. I was completely unable to sleep. Breakfast was short on food and kitchen was unable to follow the demand. Food itself was very average. Only good thing happened to me was coffee. Staff is super friendly and helpful and perhaps only this made me place 2 stars.

It is a decent hotel near Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran. If you happen to exhibit at the place then there is no nearer hotel. It is new and clean however my bathroom has drainage problem that the water if I turn it on too long will spill over to the room! Bfast is decent and there is a Starbucks nearby if you want to have better coffee or bfast there.

Security is good; can only access floor using room card.

Stayed only one night in here. The hotel is situated directly beside the EXPO area. Easy walk to there. Due to the celebration I accepted the high rate. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable but the pillows not that good. One was a bit smelly, too. For 40$US it’s good. Above not worth it until some upgrades in the rooms were made, I would say. If you have an event at the EXPO, it’s definitely perfectly located.

I received an email to say my booking was cancelled and I called the hotel directly after 30mins receiving the email to rectify this. I did not receive any call or email notification that the credit card was invalid.

Prior to this, I logged into IHG to update and double check my credit card to ensure the payment will go through a fortnight before it happened.

I have requested the hotel to reinstate the booking however they have rejected my request.

I have made every possible way to ensure the payment goes through and I would at least hope that a large international hotel chain would have the courtesy to make contact with the customer prior to cancelling their booking without notification.

All I’m requesting for is to reinstate this booking as I have made this booking months ago and I have ensured that the correct credit card was updated for this booking.

I was told this has sent to the hotel directly and expected the hotel to give me a call back directly between 24-48 hours however its been 5 days and I am still waiting.

Great business hotel located wthin the Jakarta International Expo. Very convinient for those who's in town for an event there. Great rooms and good service. It even has a Starbucks attached to it. Breakfast is mediocre tho. Smoking rooms are available (you must book early tho).

Clean and comfortable rooms. Powerful Aircon. Walking distance from the JIE. Basic hotel. Nothing special. Breakfast, though adequate gets boring if you are staying for long. Coffee machine is not good - poor coffee

I stay here because it is near from the venue of an event I'm working every year since 2015. Comfy bedding, nice breakfast. But please fix the elevator on the right side. It kept rejecting the card

Considering price, unless I have a convention to attend at the Jkt convention centre, I would rather stay at hr Holiday Inn Kemayoran or Grand Mercure Kemayoran which is in the same vicinity.

Great if you want to walk to the Jakarta International Expo. Rooms are spacious and nice. But the restaurant is a disaster. Beside the Nasi Goreng / Chicken Satay, the food is bad. Do not and I repeat DO NOT order the Chicken Curry. Two tiny piece of chicken covered with uncooked curry powder on a square of white rice, this hotel should be ashamed to serve this.

The place is far from everywhere. There is a starbucks attached to the hotel. The room that I got was clean. There was an unlocked door that was connected to other room so I had to call the hotel staff to lock it.

Located within walking distance to the convention center but far from everything else i.e. shopping and tourist spots.
Free basic buffet breakfast and nice clean rooms. Fast and free Wi-Fi.
Within the premise, the hotel has a basic restaurant and a Starbucks. Also, you can order takeouts from Pizza Hut, MacDonald and a Japanese takeout.

Excellent value for money, despite a location that is not near anything except the convention center. In my opinion the best Holiday Inn Express in Jakarta and the only one that looks more like a full service hotel.

Stay there to watch edm gigs at JI Expo. Room was good, i can see JI Expo from the window. The problem is the hotel breakfast, the chicken porridge pot already empty at 8 am, the buffet menu only sausage, egg, and long bean.

It's a great place to stay. only no grocery shope around. There's a Starbucks right in hotel. it new, clean and stuff helpfully with anything. Not alot of choices in breakfast but it have all basic updated with fresh when it finishes and it's clean. I strongly recommend.

値段なりのホテル。設備は2016年現在の今は新しいが、メンテナンスがあまり良くないように思えるので、いつまで綺麗か分からない。
隣にはスターバックスコーヒーがあるが、それ以外は本当に何もない。
タクシーも呼ばないと来ないので移動に不便。展示会用のホテルと割り切る方が良い。

The room was ok but when it was breakfast time, nothing was to be served. I came at 8.30 but there was no food. The lounge was so messy, dirty dishes almost at every empty table.

Very comfortable hotel. Next to the Jakarta Exhibition Center that is possible to reach walking few mins. Many amenities and very good service. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well kept in order.
