  Dear, to PLN,
  Want to ask an expert in electricity who works at PLN, how do I deal with my house electricity which is interrupted because of one flow or is close to a neighbor whose house is a welding shop, which causes my house electricity to light up dim every time they operate, and whether dangerous for electronic equipment in my house ???!
