Great place for backpackers. It's very close to the airport and lots of food vendors on the nearby main street like 100m away from the hotel. They have Wi-Fi and breakfast for only IDR 100k per night. Shower rooms are share and they have hot shower. It's a clean house where you can have coffee anytime. For air-con room it's IDR 120kper night .

Secara pribadi gue sedih ninggalin tempat ini pas kamis 29 juni 2017~

Karena keramahan orangnya disana yang begitu berbeda, pelayanannya top, dapat sarapan pagi juga, kopi & teh juga sudah tersedia, duh penginapan harga bersahabat namun kualitas seperti rumah sendiri.. Suatu hari nanti akan kesini lagi karena kenyamanan yang sudah melekat dihati.. 👌💚👀😘🏠

While you arrive, you'll feel like home. The service is excellent and the rooms are so clean. The staffs are really friendly. You may get free food as the female worker cooks often every morning. If you're sick you may get assistance from the staffs. The location is very close to the train station and a very large, 24h Indomaret and plenty of street food. The famous Kartika Sari and the famous vegetarian restaurant Kehidupan are in proximity.

A trip to the museum told me what the name is all about: a sea going vessel of Indonesian design. Probably an allusion to the nomadic lifestyles of those who use such vessels.
Atmosphere is friendly, beds are comfy (pillows a bit too tall for me), and staff are helpful (do go for the tours with the motorcycle taxi).
The location also puts the hostel within easy walking distance of the train station (important if you're coming in from Jakarta) and is on the route of many mini buses to take you all over Bandung.
Only complaint by me is that the AC rooms are hotter than those using fans.

For me,not only for backpacker, Its quite recommended for commuter who need room just for one night. Just make sure,you'll would comfortable to shared room with 4 others stranger. Nice breakfast and service😊

The room I stayed in had a serious bed bug infestation. Not only do I have 100+ itchy, painful welts all over my body, but I believe they spread into my backpack after leaving the hostel and are continuing to bite me. Notified staff of the problem, and they said they would clean the room, but didn't appear concerned or to understand the scope of the problem. No way I would ever stay here again. Beds weren't even that nice or comfortable. Beware!

Good location, near train station and many restaurants. Rooms are clean, but the bunkbeds are on the small side, and they don't have curtains.

Great location, great service, great price!!!
Can't be any better.
This is my first time stay at a hostel, and the experience is really good.
The location is really strategical, as it is located in the city center, close with mall and food market, and even close with international hotel such as hilton. The service is superb, the staff is really nice and helpful (even towards local people), and the price is amazingly, cheap.

Nice place to stay. We were in the mixed dorm room airconditioning (6 beds), with bathroom. Staff is nice and helpfull. Was a bit quiet when I was there, probably because of low season. Breakfast included; really good (see pictures). Pinisi backpacker is close to Bandung station ; only 5-10 minute walk.
