Bed bugs all over the bed and on the backboard of the bed!!! Had to leave immediately to Ayana, did not get any compensation for this or refund. Disappointing.

Pros

-the villa was big and it has its own pool.
-Staffs were friendly, and nice.
-Wifi was stable
-The view was quite nice and beautiful.
-Morning and afternoon tea are included and it was good.

Cons
-Location : it is far away from town.
-There were a lot of bugs and mosquitos, (They do pesticide twice a week but still there were lots of bugs)
-Room was quite far away, it gets kinda dark at night and also without the staffs helping you with the bags, it would be a nightmare.

Beautiful ambiance with LOTS OF MOSQUITOES. My villa with outdoor shower has worms, cockroaches.
Villa staffs don't smile, extremely unfriendly. Location is far from anything.

This place is perfect! We stayed at a private pool villa with a amazing view of the jungle. The housekeeping is super friendly and they help you with everything you need. The only thing what is really not the best is the lunch/dinner. The prices are really high for Bali and you get a small plate. Also the taste (we had a few different things (Pizza is great!) is not really good. (breakfast is ok!) Everything else is excellent. Thanks for everything guys!

Sublime and idyllic accomodation!! Pure paradise.

On arrival we were upgraded to a mega two bed villa, even though there was just the two of us. And when I say megaI mean very very very big.

Beautifully designed and maintained, the villas are a true delight. Separately enclosed, ensuring total privacy, surrounded by lovely green, but yet all within a few mins distance from the main section of hotel.

Food on offer was good, we indulged in the breakfast every morning, even with one at our own villa free!!! Butler service was top notch!!!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to that region, it is a hotel that offers you the best for your money and also lives up to the standard.

Staff was really friendly. We got upgraded from a 1 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa which was incredible. The pool was great. Only downside is that the bathroom and showers are outdoors and that sometimes the lizards come into the room but that is understandable because of the tropical nature of the country. Breakfast was great and accommodated our dietary needs. Few too many steps to get to our room.

Spacious villa. But staff seem not well trained. We booked one bedroom villa. They gave us two-bedroom villa and told us we can pick one room. But they locked both bedrooms when we were out.

Went here with my family all in all 8adults 2children and my 7 mth old baby girl.. The quality of service given there is beyond excellent.. Greeted by nice and friendly who were more than happy to meet our every wants and needs over our 3 days stay there Facilities there were to die for! Not to mention the private pool and the beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset from our villa (jelantik).. But a tad bit to far for my liking as we wanted to go shopping.. Location wise not to my taste but it is highly recommended for those who jus wanna vacation where u stay in and relax or for honeymooners Very cosy and private
