Came in because of pain i couldn’t identify. Got treated right away. Everyone seemed very competent. Price was good, especially for us as Europeans.
Hospital had nice interior too.

Penanganan pasien cepat. Hanya dokter spesialisnya terbatas. Untungnya kita bisa berkoordinasi dengan dokter spesialis di luar RSPH jika kita menghendaki dokter yang berbeda dengan yang ada di RSPH tsb. Overall pelayanannya bagus dan helpfull

So far, the best hospital in Malang as I think this is the only international one in town. That being said, it is the most pricey one too hehe. Also, the only hospital with cafes selling international food or snacks.

Excellent medical treatment for a whopping price! Reduced two stars for the broken couch in VIP room and bad television reception (looks like analogue -- not a cable television network connected). Even though one could find perks here and there, this sophisticated hospital has no traditional food court, only pricey fancy cafes on the main lobby.
The best part of the health establishment is they quickly change anything that is broken, such as the couch, if you complain sooner.
